I took my Explorer in for The Works and a recall item. Brake pads, check rotors, oil change and belts were my main concern. We're filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office For ODOMETER FRAUD! Santan Ford committed ODOMETER FRAUD! The car had 3200 miles on it when we bought it. I was adamant th General's office For ODOMETER FRAUD! Santan Ford committed ODOMETER FRAUD! The car had 3200 miles on it when we bought it. I was adamant that I did NOT want a loaner or rental ...and that I wanted a new car and the lower, interest rate that come with that....show me another car. They, (saleswoman and finance man) told us that "Even though it had 3200 miles on it, Ford Motor Credit would finance it as a new car because it was never used as a loaner or rental and only driven by the owners and specific managers. We were also getting a discount on the car because of the 3200 miles". We had to sign off on the odometer paperwork in financing....the mileage was listed 32 ...when we said they were missing a couple of zeros, they said "32 means 3200 in our world". Reported mileage to Arizona Dept. of Motor Vehicles? 32! That's ODOMETER FRAUD! They also reported the car had 9 miles, the day after we bought it and brought it home! (reported to Ford via the VIN) for a service that never happened! Less than 2 weeks after we bought the car, we had to bring it in (already) for service. This service, which would have required them to post/notate the current mileage. This service appointment and subsequent repair, was NEVER reported or notated on the VIN. When I asked for a recipe the service advisor, Eric Thompson, said "No need...no charge". Pretty slick, huh? They are low life, lying, thieving, xxxx. Avoid them like the plague! I called about a 2023 ford F 450 on the internet to verify price and availability. i reached a Jonah. I had last 8 of vin ready. I said my name is Jim, i have last 8 of vin? Jonah said he couldn't use that, I told him i'd have to get stock # in order to do that I'd have to call him back, he wanted my contact, i told him I couldn't give him that until he verified that it is available? and price?. He seemed extremely frustrated. I called him back and asked for him in 3 minutes. He was surprised a customer kept his word. I gave him stock # he said yes truck is available, I said great how much is it, He said MSRP + any dealer adds that have been done, I said ok I agree, what are those adds? He said he would have to go get, and mumbled something about but you won't give me your #, I said no, now that that you have confirmed my two needs here is my #. I said, I'm a buyer, Just tell me how much I need to send you and how much deposit, ill wire the rest tomo. He said Ill have to go get those #s i said great, Ill be waiting. I noticed he had sent a text with his name and such. After about 5 mins another text that said JOHN, i need stock # again. I said its JIM and stock # again is 232475. 30 ish minutes lateri texted Jonah and said, Any luck? he stated, I'm with another customer. When I get finished with them, Ill get you your stick, i assume he meant sticker aka price. I never heard another word from Jonah. Roughly 20 minutes after such, I got an email from the internet manager saying Truck was spoken for. What kind of xxxxxx circus is this place? I'm in the car business and these people give me and other honest car people a bad name. Two things you do in any business, Keep your word and treat the customer with respect. Neither happened with San Tan ford. Cannot Reccomend More
