However, with John there was nothing to worry about. He was very honest with us throughout the whole process and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. When I didn’t like the first vehicle I drove, he found me a different one and stayed in contact while it was serviced. He worked around our schedule for us to come test it and helped get me a great deal when I decided to buy. He even stayed late through the financing process to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I would definitely recommend working with John if you are looking for a positive car-buying experience. More

John was patient and highly knowledgeable with every question I had. I felt like he was part of my family by the time I left, he was honest and has crazy good integrity. I never once felt pressured, the transaction was just smooth and I walked out with the same payment I asked for plus a brand new ride! Then Jerry in finance was so kind! He took amazing care of us on that side. If you don’t go to John you are missing out, I have never felt so confident in a buy...no remorse! More

False advertisements and lies I purchased a vehicle on June 1st after seeing the add on their website. I walked into and quoted the price to the salesman. He said that doesn’t incl I purchased a vehicle on June 1st after seeing the add on their website. I walked into and quoted the price to the salesman. He said that doesn’t include tax title and registration. I acknowledged that made sense, it specifically has that as their legal disclaimer. He then said that it also does not include add-ons like paint protection, theft. I let the salesman know the only thing that was added on was tint and a new battery per car fax. He stated I had obviously done my research. His manager came out and stated I don’t want to lose the sale due to add ons and asked if I would sit down and talk numbers. I said sure. Not once did they ever tell me the total car price/ amount financed until I got to signing the contract 3 hours later, even though I had asked the salesman repeatably to see the breakdown of what they were trying to sell me. He said we are the number one dealership for a reason and we don’t do the process like that. Ted the finance manager hid some things that were not agreed upon as accessories in my purchase agreement. What was advertised as 22991 ended up being 28,000. More
