For the 2nd time in 3 visits to San Tan Ford Service Center, I received my vehicle with grease all over the driver floor mat, carpet, side rail. They no longer put down paper mats to protect the carpet Center, I received my vehicle with grease all over the driver floor mat, carpet, side rail. They no longer put down paper mats to protect the carpet in the vehicle. The first time, 1 year ago, when i got my car back from servicing, I didnt' complain. I had to get new floor mats and scrub the grease out of the carpet. the next time i asked that they put paper mats down to protect the carpet. This next time, today, I forgot to ask them to put paper floor mats down. And my floor mat and carpet and side rails are covered in grease. I don't understand how they can get away with this and I cannot find a manger name to complain to. Anyone know who the service manager is that I can call or write to? More
