I started my business with San Tan by inquiring over the internet. Erica was quick to respond. We quickly settled on a price, except it was late on a Friday. We decided on coming in the following morning and Erica was there promptly! She even passed on eating her breakfast so that she could take care of us and our needs! Total SUPERSTAR! I work in Sales, have my whole career. She's got the winning combo of professionalism, humor, attentive to details, and clearly dedicated. When I come back to buy my next vehicle, I expect she will have been promoted well within your ranks. Steve in Finance was also a gem. Very professional and well spoken. Clearly he is where he belongs. My total experience was actually the best experience I've had buying a car. We drove 50 miles each way and I'll be glad to do it on my next purchase. Y'all win! More

My Bronco has been in this dealership a few times and the one thing that they were trying to fix was my water reservoir it is still not working on my Bronco. I bought it from them I would like to have it ser one thing that they were trying to fix was my water reservoir it is still not working on my Bronco. I bought it from them I would like to have it serviced and all the repairs that were necessary when I purchased it and I'm still waiting I have dealt with multiple people multiple times. I don't even know what to do anymore. I have saved money this is the car I wanted I got to a point to where I could get it and now I don't even want it. Unbelievable unnecessary unprofessional terrible terrible service. More

So far have been honest and competent. The issue is with Ford itself in that they are low on pretty much all parts. Ford needs to solve their supply chain issues ASAP. More
