As this was my first time buying a vehicle I was nervous about dealing with the stereotypical dealership and salesmen. However, San Tan was not at all like that. I would have even felt comfortable walking about dealing with the stereotypical dealership and salesmen. However, San Tan was not at all like that. I would have even felt comfortable walking in there to buy a car without my father accompanying. I strongly recommend Sales Consultant Jonathan Ramirez. He went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted in a timely manner (flew to San Diego on Dec. 23 and drove the car back overnight when the other dealer did not deliver ). A few minor issues (paint scratch, missing roof rails, etc.) were/are being taken care of quickly and painlessly. Follow up has been great, does not feel like I bought a car from a stranger... Price was great. Finance Manager Jason Zakaras found a great financing option (better than my credit union!) and was very friendly and knowledgeable. More

He was extremely knowledgeable, spent as much time as we needed to work a deal and and enlighten us about all of the features of the Edge. He also has left the door open to assist us in any way for future questions and concerns. My wife and I have been Toyota buyers for the past 20 years. Our choice came down to the Venza or Edge. Jim convinced us to consider the Edge with no sales pressure. We chose the Edge. No regrets. More
Abe Fall and others at San Tan were very easy to work with. We knew what we wanted in model and options having looked at many other dealers and on-line (2011 Mustang). Abe let us browse through their inventory of all their Mustangs (largest we had seen in Phoenix metro area) . He knew we had a good understanding of the models and options, so simply answered our questions and let us explore without pressure. Once we finalized our choice, Abe was helpful letting us know our options and cost, and worked to get us the car we wanted. This was the most flexible dealership we found willing to work with the customer to deliver a car that was what the customer wanted instead of trying to muscle us into taking something on their lot. Very satisfied with the service we received. Always do your homework before buying a car as it's easy with the internet, and comparison shop between dealers. After a lot of homework we actually came to San Tan with the VIN of a car with the color/options we wanted that was at a different Phoenix dealership. Because they were so willing to provide the specific options and modifications we wanted, we asked San Tan to get the car. They did the modifications and made the sale very easy. Abe was extremely good about keeping in touch with me throughout the transaction, using email, text, and phone as I was traveling a lot that month. By the way - we signed the initial contract and put down the deposit in November. The incentives that month included a rebate of $1000 that was included in the initial price. Since I was traveling, and having to wait for options/modifications, we couldn't finally close the deal, pay the balance, and pick up the car until December. A day or so later I received a phone call from the finance people at San Tan letting me know I would be getting an additional $500 back from Ford as the manufacturer rebate had gone up in December. Obviously a very pleasant surprise. More

I went to the dealership with an 8-year old Dodge Durango hopeful to trade it in and getting a used car. But thanks to Bill Stupar and Tim Hovik, they were able to put together a great deal for a NEW Ford Es hopeful to trade it in and getting a used car. But thanks to Bill Stupar and Tim Hovik, they were able to put together a great deal for a NEW Ford Escape. From the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left three hours later, I felt like I was buying a car from my buddy that lives next door. They were experienced and very friendly. I knew every aspect and option of my purchase, and they made me feel very comfortable. I felt like I was a rock star coming to buy three cars for my posse. Their follow up after my purchase was excellent also.Everyone should Buy American, and Buy at San Tan Ford! More
San Tan's attention to detail is very poor--lots of document mistakes, missing floor mats, and gross inattention to concerns. Once learned--one burned! Well, the older reviews do not appear to agree with recent experiences. My wife and I were both treated well and listened to. In fact the sales person knew the way to a more ooptioned vehicle was to recent experiences. My wife and I were both treated well and listened to. Well I have to say that I am difficult person to please, but who shouldnt be when youre paying a chunk of money on a truck. What I found was the most pleasant and friendly car buying experience that I ever had in my 38 years of driving and buying cars. I NEVER felt pressured, was extended the UTMOST in courtesy and respect. As I sat at the sales table, EVERY employee that passed by me said,"Good morning" and asked me if I needed anything. I did NOT get the usual "Dealership Dance" where you start with the salesman who hands you off to another guy, then another guy etc. and by the time your are done, you are so frustrated, tired ans wish you never set foot in the door. When you do finally get to leave as they are locking up for the night, you feel like you just got "Chumped". I NEVER felt that at San Tan Ford. I would highly recommend you giving San Tan your business. I will recommend them to all my friends. I just wish that they were closer to my house (35 miles away). I would use them for all my service needs. Their motto is "It's all about you". They truly lived up to their motto in dealing with me. Dale More
