Well since my last post my 2011 F250 6.7L diesel has been in the shop two more times now it has 4,800 miles, tonight when I went to pick it up and listened to the service advisor Chris complain about how the in the shop two more times now it has 4,800 miles, tonight when I went to pick it up and listened to the service advisor Chris complain about how they have to treat it like it's a child because I will complain if it's not perfect. I simply told him yes that's correct everytime it comes here it leaves with something else broken or wrong with it, well tonight was no different, the coolant was low (not even visible in tank), and the front air dam between the bumper and radiator was falling off after the radiator had been replaced last week. I showed these issues to their operations director John so hopefully now something will be done to make it right. I HATE MY TRUCK AND IT IS THE FAULT OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY SUCK.... Any questions just email me and I can scan all eight of my dealer work orders for this truck to you. More
Wow, where do I start. I flew into phoenix on the earliest flight I could get, to have time to drive back to CO that same day. He was AN HOUR late picking me up. the dealership is ~20 minutes from th earliest flight I could get, to have time to drive back to CO that same day. He was AN HOUR late picking me up. the dealership is ~20 minutes from the airport. He kept saying there were wrecks and traffic when I called his mobile phone. But on the freeway to the dealership, just minutes later, the traffic was clear both ways. WEIRD. I had asked the salesman on the phone if there was anything we could do prior to me coming out to expedite the process- he said no. Turns out there could have been plenty of things done beforehand. I had asked on the phone him how long it would all take - he said not long. Turns out I sat around for hours that day. the car wasn't even clean when I got there and they had had 2 weeks before I came out. They took it back to the cleaner guy while I sat there for an hour and it still came back dirty. I mean dirty. By the time I got out of there it was 3:15pm and I was exhausted. that's when I had to sign the paperwork and saw that the selling price was $120.xx more than what we had agreed on. And asking the finance guy about it he said "that's what they gave me..." so I just signed it to get on my way home, too exhausted to deal with getting it all changed and worried I would not be able to make the drive. Well, I couldn't. I had to get a hotel that night because of the long day. I wrote them a letter asking for a refund on just the amount more than we agreed on. Not for the hotel or lost day of work even. NO RESPONSE. WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH AGAIN. More
This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever been to. The customer service from the beginning seemed very helpful (the initial sales person was Brett). Once we reached the finance department it was a to. The customer service from the beginning seemed very helpful (the initial sales person was Brett). Once we reached the finance department it was all down hill. My husband and I went into this dealership after our car had been totaled in an accident that was not our fault. They told us they could get us into a Fusion....even after we repeatedly told them we could not pay over $375 a month. They were unable to get the car financed (the first night, because it was too late). We were told by Sean not to worry about anything, and he let us take the car, even though it was not financed. We asked many questions, including what were the chances of the car not being financed. Sean told us we would be fine, and that he was confident he could get us into the vehicle, with GAP insurance, for $375 a month or lower, and that if he could not get us financed, we could return the vehicle without any charges or issues. Two weeks went by, and we heard nothing. We called multiple times, and were unable to get a hold of Sean, and were told repeatedly that he was out of the office. Finally, I received a phone call that he had gotten two approvals and wanted us to come in and sign the financial paperwork. Once we arrived that evening, he informed us that the only way he could get it approved, was to pay another $895 dollars (on top of the $2000 we had already paid) and that our payments would be $450+ a month. We than told him this was impossible, and that he needed to work something else out. He told us not to worry, that he could find us something and that he would call us NO LATER THAN Monday (9/26), and that we should treat the Fusion as a FREE rental car! Tuesday (9/27) rolled around, and still no phone call! Finally, my husband and I, fed up with not being able to get a hold of someone and driving a car that was not financed, decided to look else where and were able to find a vehicle that fit our budget and got approved. On Wednesday (9/28), we still had not received a phone call, my husband went down to San Tan Ford to return the Fusion and get our $2000 back, but he was told that because we put miles on the car, that he was only entitled to $1500. The car had only been driven back and forth to work in town, and we did not put many miles on it. I called and spoke with Jay and was forced to argue with him, as he pretended like he did not know what I was talking about. He proceeded to tell me he was showing my husband some trucks, and that I had TWO options! Either take the $1500 or buy a truck from them. When I asked him if they would only out $1500 down toward the vehicle, he told me "no, we would put $2000". I asked him to explain to me how that works, and how the miles put on the vehicle equated to $500, he would not answer me. He also refused to let me speak with his manager, and repeated that I only had two options. He told me it was my fault for choosing to buy at another dealership and spoke to me like I was not intelligent enough to understand what he was speaking of. I know that I am entitled to my $500 as we did not sign any financial paperwork obligating us to a bank or the vehicle, and did not sign any form stating if we took the car, we were not entitled to a full refund of our down payment. This is the worst customer service and car buying experience I have ever had, and I have owned many vehicles! More
Horrible service! This is the worst dealership I have ever purchased a car from. They make FORD LOOK BAD! The sales guy was very sneaky and lied about everything and he (John) tried to push us into any c ever purchased a car from. They make FORD LOOK BAD! I bought an F-250 at San Tan Ford last week. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We test drove 4 or 5 vehicles over a two day period and Josh never pushed us and allowed us to make a choice. extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We test drove 4 or 5 vehicles over a two day period and Josh never pushed us and allowed us to make a choice. There was not a lot of back and forth over the deal and the process for purchasing was handled efficiently. My follow-up so far with various groups within San Tan has been excellent. More
Purchasing my new car was a fun experience. When I had gone to the dealership I wasn't planning on buying a new car. I was there at the dealership with my son, who was looking for a new car. The Mustang t gone to the dealership I wasn't planning on buying a new car. I was there at the dealership with my son, who was looking for a new car. The Mustang that was in the showroom caught my eye. Nistor, the salesman, knew I liked the car. He had them pull the car out of the showroom and not to long afterwards, I was sending pictures to my husband, who was in Houston that weekend of my new car. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will recommend San Tan Ford to my family and friends if they are in the market for a car. More
ALL the employees bent over backwards to make sure I was a happy customer. And Ford STILL builds the best truck and doesn't need government bail outs to do it. a happy customer. And Ford STILL builds the best truck and doesn't need government bail outs to do it. More
Fabulous salesperson, great financial assistance, what more is needed? We bought the car of our dreams with no pressure, fair dealing, and happy people. Not what we expected from a dealer, at all. I was looking to buy a left over 2010 Taurus SHO from this dealer in July of 2011. I had requested a written quote and did not receive it. I was given three verbal quotes which were completely differen this dealer in July of 2011. I had requested a written quote and did not receive it. I was given three verbal quotes which were completely different in price what the dealer could do. I received a better price on a 2011 model at another dealer. Additionally, when you drive into their lot, you are decended on by sweaty sales people standing on the sidewalk waiting for you like vultures. I had more knowledge about their cars then they did. I am going to do business with another dealer. More
HECK NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! My wife, 3 month old daughter and I came to this dealership to try and find a new crossover SUV for my wife... obviously bringing our daughter and car seat with month old daughter and I came to this dealership to try and find a new crossover SUV for my wife... obviously bringing our daughter and car seat with to make sure everything fits- we were immediately attacked by the vulture Abraham who seemed to be on his CELL PHONE with headphones in his ears while he was talking to us. We walk in and right off the bat inform him that we are not purchasing a car that day, but will be back in 2-3 weeks to purchase since we still had other cars to test drive... his response "just buy a car today and dont worry about shopping anymore"... YEA RIGHT. we tell him we want to see 2 different suv's (escape, edge, explorer) but we needed to check them out and possibly test drive... I asked if he had any of them close to the dealership doors so i dont have to schlep my daughter and carseat around all day and he told us that "it is inconvenient to do that". My wife and daughter went to the car, while i went and spoke to a "Sales Manager", Charlie Tate (whos business card says "sales consultant"...) i tell him of our complaints and his response is "well, he's our #1 sales person so he always wants to make a sale- and maybe he didnt have time to do that"... Charlie also commented on the fact that our daughter was with us saying "maybe you should look at cars when you dont have your daughter with you"- THATS THE WHOLE REASON SHE'S WITH! SO WE CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HER IN THE NEW CAR! He also proceeds to tell me that "Maybe because Abraham is from Africa, so a lot of the things he says comes off rude"... to me, ALL of these comments are unnaceptable... Charlie obviously didnt care about our business, nor did Abraham... we will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this dealership- which is a shame because my dad is an engineer for Ford, and it would have been a GUARANTEED SALE- we later went to CardinaleWay Mazda and purchased a 2011 CX-7 for 28k... Abraham missed out on a $30,000 sale! I think it also states something about this dealership when reading the reviews, half of the peopel writing these cant remember who they worked with! More
