I stopped at three Ford dealerships. Bill Stupar was the only one that checked back with me to see if he could help me in any way with any questions that I might have. I will say that Bill Stupar was excellent and beyound with me. If bill did not know he would dig and get me an answer. Bill Stupar answered all questions and concerns that I had. Phil Cash got me the specification sheets that I wanted. I have given out some of Bill Stupar's business cards, and I would recommend Bill Stupar as the salesman and san Tan Ford as the dealership if a person is looking for a new Ford vehicle. More
I worked with Tim in their fleet buying dept for the purchase of a 2011 Edge Sport and was able to custom order the car and do everything via email while other Ford dealers seem to be stuck in 1984 and purchase of a 2011 Edge Sport and was able to custom order the car and do everything via email while other Ford dealers seem to be stuck in 1984 and required phone calls. I literally ordered my car all via email, when it arrived I drove over and Tim had everything ready to go for us. It was very quick and everyone at San Tan is very nice and easy to work with (include their service dept and parts dept people!). If my next car is a Ford they are the first place I'd go. More

They did all the right things for me to buy the vehicle. The finance paper had to be redone so we were there for about three hours until finally being able to drive off the dealership in our new car. My wife and I stopped in to check out what they had on the lot USED and were very clear about that. It's expected that sales will be pushy, I get that and understand. The sale guy was pushy about looking at new, quoted higher payments than what we stated or wanted (which always know your bottom line and what the payments will approximately be for that total price, which we did). Said he was getting a key to a car we actually wanted to test drive, just to check it out. Comes back without the key to the car and pushes us towards a more expensive new model. At which point, I said we really want something used, the payments and insurance will be lower. He responded with saying the payments are practically the same ($100 is a big difference) and then insinuated that I don't take care of my wife because she would be less safe and more likely to be stranded because of a break down with a car that was 2 years older than a new car. Granted she drives quite a bit for work, a 2 year old car isn't going to be that much more unreliable than a new car. Now that my character has been insulted we start to leave very upset so I stopped by the managers station to tell them they lost a customer and why. The manager didn't seem to care as he made sarcastic comments to me. More

Nistor was great to work with and the overall experience was by far the best sales experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. This dealership is TERRIBLE!! we were first time car buyers and didn't know much, they took advantage of that! They sent us home in a car that we hadn't gotten a loan on even though they said we were ap buyers and didn't know much, they took advantage of that! They sent us home in a car that we hadn't gotten a loan on even though they said we were approved! Then called a week later saying we needed to bring the car back because the loan hadn't been approved! They were TERRIBLE!! Also very rude and VERY pushy!!! The only reason we were going to buy from them was becasue they had the car we wanted at an OK price. They also tried to trick us into signing papers saying if they got the price down to this we WOULD buy the car... luckily my husband asked what the paper was before he signed it... TERRIBLE people and a TERRIBLE place!! NEVER AGAIN will i go back there or recommend them!! More
Brought my pickup in for and oil change and tire rotation on their $39 special. Cost me around $42. They told me that my battery was bad and my ball joints needed to be replaced.
