I purchased an new vehicle from San Tan Ford. I won't make that mistake again. My salesman was nice, but didn't know anything about the vehicle or the rebate plans available. I purchased my vehicle on the "A-Plan", Ford's employee price. That was great, except that they kept adding things to the price, couldn't keep their numbers straight, and told me my trade-in was only worth $250. After we have purchased the car, the finance guy is the one that tells us that the turbo booster isn't covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty. and then he can't keep straight what's covered in the included warranty versus the one he's trying to sell us. It was a horrible experience. But the worst part... In a later discussion, when I'm trying to get my vehicle fixed of defaults, the Customer Service Manager actually asked me to give her my Customer Satisfaction Survey from Ford Corporate so that she could complete it for me. She did not want me to mark that i wasn't fully satisfied so she wanted me to give it to her to complete. Do these people have any ethics what so ever??? More

Please Read This. We have 4 fords This is why you should go to santan over the big monster dealer. First of all I was greeted professionally by sales people who knew their product . My sales man asked what I wanted and helped me find the truck that was right for me. There was no pressure I felt as if brian would get what I wanted whether in stock or not. I found a great f150 4x4. When it was time for financing the guy helped find the best rate and an additional rebate I didn't know about. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I will return again to santan ford.for my next vehicle. More

I had called and asked about a specific truck and was told "come on down and we'll work out a real special price for you". When asked what that price was, I was told that we generally don't talk price on told "come on down and we'll work out a real special price for you". So I took the 45 minute drive and test drove the vehicle I called about which was in fact a demo with a couple thousand miles on it (plus scratches and mud all over it) but they tried to pass it off as new. The worse part is that the price they told me they would give it to me for was in fact 6 thousand dollar above list. They said its normal market adjustment and a good deal. Went to another dealership and they offered same truck (but brand new with no miles on it) for 8 THOUSAND dollars less. Anyway, these guys are as shady as they get. I've bought a lot of new vehicles over the years and my visit to San Tan was by far the worst I've ever seen. The only thing this dealership seems to have going for it is that they stock a lot of inventory but better off calling around and finding More
Ok, let me start that this is my 2nd purchase from San Tan within the year and I have one on order as well. Originally worked with Jay on my 1st purchase and since he was a sales manager, he had to pass Tan within the year and I have one on order as well. Originally worked with Jay on my 1st purchase and since he was a sales manager, he had to pass me on to one of his salesmen, Kyle Miller. It has been great to work with Kyle. Never a problem. This is my 8th new car purchase in my lifetime so I have been around the block with salesmen and Kyle by far has been the best. Just be honest with your salesmen and tell them you want a easy transaction without the BS. He keeps in constant contact with me on each one of my purchases from a Boss 302, to the Flex. Trust me, Ask for Kyle and tell him you heard about him from the guy with the green Boss. Sidenote here, everyone at this dealership has pretty much treated me with outstanding professionalism and kindness from the service department and finance with Phil(ask for him too). For the people that have all of the negative comments about this dealership will probably write the same review NO MATTER what dealership they go to. This is a tough job for salesmen and it is not easy to buy a new car sometimes either. Yes, they hang outside the doors waiting on "fresh blood", but that is their job and that is what they are instructed to do. I liken it to "crows on a fencepost". They are there to meet you, and the 1st question is always "are you here to see someone?" Just tell them yes and be on your way shopping. Sometimes, you have to be just as tough as them. If you want "no haggle" negotiations, get a Costco membership and there are no negotiations. Half of the fun for me is the negotiations though,:). My ratings above are accurate to how I have been treated at San Tan Ford. No added BS. I have nothing to gain here but after finding out about this site, it is obvious that only the dissatisfied patrons have posted and I feel that some good should be told with the bad. My wife actually HATES this process of buying a new car because the BS that comes with it but we didnt experience any of this with San Tan. She even thinks this has been the best purchases so far. They gave me a great deal on a new F150 ecoboost and even gave me above value for my trade in. They truly care about customers and earned my trust very quickly. I will definitly buy from this dealership again and will recommend them to my friends and family. This was my second Ford purchase and let me tell you, it's GREAT TO BUY AMERICAN MADE CARS!!!!!!! Salesman called my husband that vehicles that vehicles we were interested in were available at price we wanted. When we drove up about 10 salesmen were standing outside and seemed ready to "pounce" on us as were interested in were available at price we wanted. We asked for Steve, took us to a more expensive vehicle for test drive, even though we asked about vehicle he called us avout. Took test drive. was out on freeway before I noticed that fuel indicator on empty. Worried during entire drive that we would run out of gas. Salesman just laughed about it. Back into dealership. Took info to sales manager. Came back with price and monthly payment much higher thatn we wanted. When asked, denied having anymore 2012 or 2013 at price he quoted on phone. Asked about 0% financing. Told us no more for that special. Wouldn't tell us what APR was that he was using. At that point, very upset and angry. Sales mnager came out and offerred lower APR, informed manager that at this point even if offerred 0% and low monthly payments, would not deal with San Tan Ford because they are liars. I should have paid attention to my intuition and left as soon as I saw the salesmaen waitng to "pounce" when we got out of car. Will make sure to tell eveyone about my experience. More
I know car salesman, but this was fraud and "they" have no sense of business ethics. We purchased a vehicle from them and were informed to come back the next day for the completed paperwork si "they" have no sense of business ethics. The salesman disappeared, failed to return repeated phone calls, & then pushed us off to a couple other manager names Then, these knuckles also failed to return phone calls. When 1 of the calls were reached we were told our salesman was fired, which was incorrect. Repeated phone calls were never returned, even when leaving a message for the top. Wait, there's more. We later received a copy of the paperwork (missing a couple forms) by mail which included my FORGED SIGNATURE!!! Now I understand why they don't communicate - take the money and run!
