Overall Terrible Service Purchased a modified 13 Charger R/T from this dealership about 3 years ago and ever since then the car started giving me minor and major issues from Purchased a modified 13 Charger R/T from this dealership about 3 years ago and ever since then the car started giving me minor and major issues from the start. When sold the car they sold me an extended warranty and gap insurance. After asking them literally 5 times to be sure that the extended warranty would cover the modifications done to the car they said YES. To-date they have but with resistance and being without my car for months at a time. Purchased the car with less than 10k miles and now have around 35k miles on it. The last work they did was because of major overheating issues. When the car was ready, they told me that they would not warranty their work and they would not service the car anymore. The GM and the service manager both told me this and were avoiding me for periods of time. The GM then started to collect service records to basically find a reason to have Ethos cancel my policy. My car now needs more work! 2 weeks later its dead on the freeway and now parked in my driveway with major piston issue. The dealership will not take it and Ethos is in contact with them and getting nowhere. Over a week and Ethos cannot resolve with them the repair they are willing to pay for because San Marcos Dodge does not want the car! Basically, have a car that I love, a brand I love, a passion I cannot enjoy because this dealership does not want to do what’s right. Worked with Jonathan in services and was grateful at least he was trying to help, Terry Wagner (Service Director) poor customer services, Russell Anderson (General Manager) hard to get a hold of and was not helpful, if anything all he did was try and find a reason to get the policy canceled. More
Needed work done on my Dodge 2500 truck. My a/c wasn't blowing cool air. Took it to San Marco's Dodge for repairs. Once again they did a great job fixing the problem and did it in a timely matter and save blowing cool air. Took it to San Marco's Dodge for repairs.
