I would leave 0 stars if I could. I called them to get a quote on a key fob for my son's car. They quoted a little over a hundred dollars. They charged him over $360. Inquired online about a 2021 Gladiator that was advertised for a sales price of $40,685. I asked for their best price and if there were any other discounts available for company employees partnered advertised for a sales price of $40,685. I asked for their best price and if there were any other discounts available for company employees partnered with Chrysler. I received a quote for a sales price of $49,485 and was told the vehicle had dealer add on's like VIN # etching, paint sealant, nitrogen and after market wheels and tires. I understand the upgraded wheels and tires as that was apparent in the photo of the vehicle but there is no way the other add on's (that nobody wants) equate to $9k! Basically I got baited by the advertised sale price and then an attempted upsale on useless dealer profit addons. This would have been my 5th Jeep I have purchased in 15 years so not new to the process. Will go back to my previous dealer who is much more transparent. Beware. More
