This dealership is absolutely horrible! My first visit on 19 March I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I was visiting the dealership wanting to pay cash for a 2020 Dodge Challenger, the challengers are pric on 19 March I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I was visiting the dealership wanting to pay cash for a 2020 Dodge Challenger, the challengers are priced the lowest in town. I couldn’t get a salesman to give me a price over the phone, they all wanted me to come into the office physically. Upon arriving to the dealership, I encountered a salesman who was on his phone and disinterested in helping customers. After he gave me a look like why am I bothering him, I told him to disregard my price request and I left. I called the sales manager the next day to discuss my encounter with his salesperson and he assured me that this was not how his department works and he would get me an answer ASAP. I almost forgot, all of their 2020 challenger models have hail damage, that’s why they are so cheap. Although, they have hail damage, this isn’t listed anywhere on their website. Needless to say, I am yet to receive a vehicle price from the sales manager, and at this point I don’t want it. I just wanted to save someone else the time and heartache! More
