Our family has used this dealership for their new vehicles, one who bought a new car with hail damage. Well, turns out the Renegade we wanted wasn't on the lot. They let local football coaches drive these new cars around until they need them back on the lot. That's fine, but Alex couldn't get the Renegade back from the coach. It's been a week now, I never received any communications from the dealership of when it will be back on the lot even though we keep getting told they'll have it tomorrow. Then tomorrow came, and they still don't have it. That was on 7/7. It's 7/17 now, and I am still told they haven't gotten it back from the lot and can get it in by Monday. This is ridiculous! Our large family brings you a ton of business, and you can't even help us?? I guess your dealership doesn't need our family's business after all. That includes not just me and my husband but our parents and siblings as well. Horrible customer service, just horrible. I've bought a ton of new vehicles from other dealerships who've never treated me like this. Advice for the dealership: Don't advertise vehicles you don't have on the lot or can't bring back to the lot, and don't make false promises to people. Don't list it as a new vehicle if someone else is driving it around off the lot racking up the miles. Last but not least, don't make people feel like their business doesn't matter. More
Drove up for inspection and oil change. Handed keys over to Eric, he showed me over to waiting room. Had some coffee and soon after my Jeep was ready. Eric was very pleasant to talk with. He was kind and gr to Eric, he showed me over to waiting room. Had some coffee and soon after my Jeep was ready. Eric was very pleasant to talk with. He was kind and gracious. Great service! WORST SERVICE EVER!Bought my car May 1st (after weeks WORST SERVICE EVER! Bought my car May 1st (after weeks of trying to see other cars first but they were all “unavailable”). They gave me a list of t WORST SERVICE EVER! Bought my car May 1st (after weeks of trying to see other cars first but they were all “unavailable”). They gave me a list of things that were supposedly fixed prior to me getting it (3 weeks after I bought it) but at least 5 of those were still not fixed. I finally got it but only had it for about 2-2 1/2 weeks before it went “back to the shop”. Then after 37 days of it being “in the shop” I finally get it back again. The “my key” was locked and we were told that we had to take it to a Ford dealership to get a new key and have it reprogrammed to clear the “my key” lock. After this San Marcos dealership having my car they gave me a new key, but cleared the brand new one I just paid for. Now I’m being told o have to take my car back in with all 3 keys for them to fix it (NO THANK YOU!!! I will take it elsewhere!) My temp tags are set to expire now and I get a paper in the mail the day after I got my car back that says my license plates are on and ready to be picked up. Now why were they put on while they had my car? The notice was mailed before I got it back. The only time we got information was when we called to ask, even though we were told “I’ll call you with updates”. They were so very rude anytime we called for updates or information. More
