When I purchased my vehicle I was told I was part of their family. The service department always asks me where I purchased the vehicle from and I’m always treated like less than family. I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years now. The first year of owning my Jeep Renegade was fine. After that I had ongoing issues that were always dismissed as “that’s just the nature of the car.” During my last visit for the oil consumption test recall, I brought up a new issue . The service department representative was condescending so I disregarded the matter to get out of there faster. I am in the market for a new vehicle but I would not recommend this dealership or Jeep brand. More
