Took my car in for a recall service that was supposed to be taken care of same day, one of the bolts broke that supported that part, so it ended up taking longer. They were horrible with communication. I wa be taken care of same day, one of the bolts broke that supported that part, so it ended up taking longer. They were horrible with communication. I was the one having to call every few days to get an update. I was finally told about a week later that my car would be ready for pickup the following day. I showed up and they couldn’t even find my car, and it wasn’t ready for pickup. When it was a few days later, I had to immediately take it back because of a rattling noise coming from the engine that wasn’t there before. Took them another day to get that fixed. Overall had a pretty terrible experience with this dealership and will not be taking my car back again. More
