The main complaint is with your service department not being staffed and very far behind. No one answers the phone in the service department. Ever. I even had them paged once and still no one came. I tried “chatting” only to receive messages back stating I was wanting to set up a service appointment. I was trying to get status on my pickup that was in the service department for a week. First they couldn’t drive me 20 miles to my house. And couldn’t offer a temporary auto. I bought my truck in San Marcos and I will recommend buying but your service department needs not only employees but reorganization. I witnessed several issues. Too many to write here. More

Did not match the internet pricing after not getting approved the 2.99 they said I would get the priced that's displayed .
