Disappointed First off, someone at San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep should look up what the word Express is! When I checked in my vehicle, that alone took 45 minut First off, someone at San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep should look up what the word Express is! When I checked in my vehicle, that alone took 45 minutes and I was only the 4th person in line. I told the service writer I wanted my wheel rotated and that the wheel lock was in the Glove compartment. I waited at the dealer for my vehicle. When i got my vehicle back,after 2 hours and 45 minutes, The tires were not rotated and in the comments area, It said that the lock key was not available. After I got home, I checked all the fluids that all had been topped off per the service notes, yet my washer fluid took another 1/2 gallon and the power stearing fluid lid had dust on it and it was easy to see that it was not touched. Needless to say, I'm not happy. Also the reminder sticker was never replaced as the service document clearly said several times. More

Poor customer service Took my car in for a 10:00 Monday morning appointment. Was given an estimated 2-4 hour window of when the car would be ready or I would be contacted w Took my car in for a 10:00 Monday morning appointment. Was given an estimated 2-4 hour window of when the car would be ready or I would be contacted with the repair estimate. I called and left a voice message. No return call came on Monday. Tuesday morning, I called again and was told the rep would call me back. After a couple of hours of no call, I took Uber to the service center. The Rep stated they were having problems getting a part to test and promised the car would be ready by Wednesday morning by 10. I Arrived Wednesday to find the car still not ready or an estimate of the repairs. I had to reschedule a dental appointment schedule for Wed afternoon, and move the appointment to Thursday. It took 4 days to NOT fix my car or provide an estimate of the problem and repair costs. I was charged for the 2 hour original estimate. Having worked in customer service, how a customer is treated reflects on the quality of service. So, after 4 days and over $200 in costs, I left with the my car in the same condition and no more knowledge on solving the problem. More
Not a friendly environment at all. I would like to say that this dealership is not customer friendly at all. Continued disappointment I thought I was going to have a good experience this time however I ended with the same result. I specifically told the service advisor that I had don I thought I was going to have a good experience this time however I ended with the same result. I specifically told the service advisor that I had done specific measures and items before I am arrive to the dealership however D service advisor in foreign meat they did the same measures and charged me for it. I have the same problem that had When I went in and it has not been resolved. This is a constant issue with this dealership of not listening to the customer and taking the easy way out instead of accurately diagnosing the problem and correcting it. Unfortunately this is the closest dealership to the area. I wish there were better options for better repair and maintenance. Waste of time and money for in adequacy and a consistent basis More
Estimated time is just that........................ went in for breaks and tires. quoted about 2 hours. 6.5 hours later. no follow-up. no nothing. They are better than this. Looking for a new Service dealer We bought our family car here and paid for the service plan. I have had my car serviced here since we bought it. However the last few times the servic We bought our family car here and paid for the service plan. I have had my car serviced here since we bought it. However the last few times the service has been pretty bad. The people are friendly but it's every thing that goes along with it. I brought my car in for an oil change. I had someone pick me up and bring me home so I could work. I received a call that my car was ready for pick up at 11:49 am I requested that the free shuttle pick me up gave my information etc. I usually have to wait at least an hour for pick up that is no problem for me. But at 2:15 pm still no one showed up I ended up calling there location and I had to call 5 times before I got a live person at that time it seemed that they never scheduled anyone to get me. By 2:50 still no call back or pick up. I called back and told them to cancel the pick up. I finally get a ride and when I get there I find out they didn't do the tire rotation that is part of the service they told me they could find the lock. That is a whole different story! I finally get to the car and my check engine light and oil lights come on didn't even get out of the parking lot at this point mind you I only came for an oil change. Long story short the mechanic FORGOT to close/lock something. With that said I will be looking for a different location that takes this service plan that I bought. More
Horrible Service Took my car in for a recall the replaced my fuel pump. Then a week later my check engine light went on and they said it was my Evap pump now. Plus I told them my check engine light would flas before I star the vehicle they put me off like I didn't know what I was talking about. Long story short don't take your car here and my light is still flashing and I have to take it back again. That's not even all of it!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE More
