When I bou I do NOT recommend this dealership at all! I have had my car there for repair twice -- neither because I live nearby nor I like this place. When I bought the car at here, they left some extra wires in my car, which was from a tracking device first installed in all cars purchased in this dealership, but I asked them to remove the device. But people here always forgot to remove after every time I told them to do so. Those after-market wires stop me from getting a better service from somewhere else. Basically, I am using my time and money to make up the mistakes they made. Let's talk about what I don't like the most. 1) if you want to make an appointment, you have to drive all the way there! Even though the website gives you a phone number to call, they NEVER pick up the phone or respond to the voice message!! 2) I just had my car for repair recently. It took over 4 WEEKS to change a fuse. HAHA. 3) Extremely impatient, unfriendly, careless, and irresponsible staffs. After waiting for 4 weeks and finally heading to get my car back, they could NOT find my key. Fortunately they eventually found it in an hour. No one apologized for this stupid mistake. No "thank you for waiting".They simply care nothing about their customer. The customer service here is just a joke. My suggestion: if you are looking for dealership to get your car fixed, go somewhere else unless you don't care how long it takes. If you are considering this dealership to buy a car because of the low price (which was why I chose this dealership in the beginning), you better think about the cost of transportation and amount of time that you need to spend on getting a simple service here later on. Not customer oriented service provider unrespectful and not customer oriented. No explanation of your service in the beginning and after. Long time waiting to get service service provider unrespectful and not customer oriented. No explanation of your service in the beginning and after. Long time waiting to get service in "fast lane". They are loosing lots of money with their attitude and unprofessionalism. Looking to find other service location to service my Jeep. I prepaid maintenance service and now I regret it. My car is not serviced properly. More

Awful Awful Awful They held my car for over 2 weeks, rarely picking up phone or initiating contact for a repair that should have been a day at most. They did cite they They held my car for over 2 weeks, rarely picking up phone or initiating contact for a repair that should have been a day at most. They did cite they were realy short staffed, but there was no active reach-out on their part and they left us in the dark. Finally got the car out of this miserable place and had to go to Walnut Creek dealership and they took care of us in a day or two. Not only is it impossible to get in touch with them, I'm afraid of ever going back, because even if I want my car back, I don't know how to get in touch with them to do so. More
Idiots! I came in because nobody returned my call or texts earlier in the week about having my new key fobs (bought online from Amazon) reprogrammed, since I I came in because nobody returned my call or texts earlier in the week about having my new key fobs (bought online from Amazon) reprogrammed, since I couldn't do it because the chip inside the key fob was damaged and broken as well as my spare key fob. I had to wait for two hours, after being told many times "sorry sir it will be just a few more minutes".... then I was told that the key fobs wouldn't work so I asked if San Leandro Dodge dealer (you guys) could provide me with two new key fobs, and I asked how much $ would they cost, and he said some outrageous price, so I said okay, then he says "we are all out", I couldn't believe the dealer ran out of key fobs! Such an inexpensive item! But charging me my life's savings! Making me wait in the hot summer sun for two hours! Inexcusable! More

It took them 2 days to do an oil change. They estimate the time it takes 2 hours, and up being the next business day around 330pm for which I never received a call that the car was ready. I called 3 times to check if car was ready no answer. When I walk in the service area...there were 3 employees sitting around yawning. They didnt reset the next oil change on the car. They didnt rotate the tire. Now one tire pressure reads 25. More

Dropped my car off to get the start up fixed with a full tank of gas, got it back with a quarter gone and so dirty and dusty inside out, the problem is worse than when I dropped it off. No one tells you the progress of the vehicle when they have it in the shop. I left it there for over a week and half and feel like nothing even got done. More

First off, I bypassed the Pleasanton and Walnut Creek dealerships both of whom are much closer to where I live to come patronage and utilize your San Leandro location. I arrived at a very slow time of the morning and spoke to Elijah Ellison-Bolton. He was not the most friendly or helpful person to accommodate a simple oil change. His low audible delivery and reluctance to answer questions about my vehicle are a desirable trait or persona for a service advisor. I decided to upgrade from the email special that brought me in to the Platinum Synthetic with Tire Rotations. The work process was rather quick but trying to pay was quite the opposite. After I arrived, another 8-10 parties also came in and needed various work. My job finished quickly. I was instructed to wait back in line to pay my bill behind all whom were waiting. I tried various other pay possibilities of the parts department and general sales office of whom none could or would help me. My timing was such that I had to pick up my son from preschool and time was of essence, hence the speedy line of oil changes. I ended up waiting nearly a half an hour to simply pay with my truck blocking the exit the entire time. My payment transaction took approximately 30 seconds and I finally left once accommodated. I was late picking up my son which incurs payment penalties. How is that nobody in the entire dealership could take my money and have me on my way? What if 20 people had come in, would I have been expected to wait upwards of a couple hours to pay? Doesn’t seem like you have your process quite right there. I own both a Dodge Viper and a Dodge Ram 1500. The lack of service I’m getting at not only your dealership but the other local dodge dealers doesn’t encourage me to buy more dodge products. We have other branded sport cars that far outperform dodge at every level of service and quality. More
