Jeep GC Overland Summit 5.7L 2011 - Sales dept is OK, but the service department is very very minumum. Had to work with Jeep corp for rusted dempner, after month later, still not call from the service depar the service department is very very minumum. Had to work with Jeep corp for rusted dempner, after month later, still not call from the service department. Their comment is "it's normal." What I hate the most is their attitude and lack of not meeting the at least minumum. Four times I went in, never on time for anything, had to wait at least 1-2 hrs. Love how they treated old lady, who ended up crying... This was my second Jeep GC and it will be my last. More
