My wife called in, and asked for 3 things; check engine light, oil change, and 2 recalls. I dropped my car off Tuesday night. The employee said it could be two days since they were busy. I said ok. On the way home from work on Wednesday I stopped by for an update. They stated they hadn’t even looked at the car yet. I asked why did I bring it in then for an appointment. The employee stated appointments get you in line for service. I had never heard of of company that sets appointments, but have no true time frame in mind for when they would start their service. I voiced my concern and the employee said it would be done Thursday. Thursday I went in again to check progress. The employee stated it wasn’t ready because they couldn’t find the problem. I asked if they had started to look at it. He stumbled his words which made me think he was lying (found out later he was), he said yes they had, but tech couldn’t figure it out yet. On Friday I couldn’t got in, so I called 4 times and left a message. No one ever returned my call. Saturday morning I came by and spoke to another employee . I had asked for a manger, but they weren’t in. He stepped in and said he would try and help. He found out nothing had even to happened to my vehicle yet, proving prior employee was lying. He said he would make it right, and have it ready that day. They closed at 4, so at 330 I started calling to figure out what was happening. At 3:45 they informed me the correct part wasn’t in, and the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. He offered for me to pick up my vehicle, or they would get me a rental . I decided rental was best option. At 4:15 he sent me a rental confirmation. I asked what rental location. The one they used closed at 430 on Saturday's, and wasn’t open Sundays. So while I was thankful he tried to help, didn’t do anything for that weekend. Tuesday I finally get the call my car is ready. I go to pick it up, and the blinker isn’t fixed. The vehicle was left there another day. After one week, I got my car on Wednesday. I wish this was a one off case for them, but in my times going in, I saw this happen to two other customers. First Lady was visibly upset about having the vehicle in so long, and having to pay for her rental car. They employees behind counter rudely told her to send the bill to corporate, and chuckled when she left. Another customer came in after 5 days to find out he also had to wait another 3 days. When he asked for an answer on why it was taking so long, the employee just said he didn’t know. I hope this dealership gets enough feedback to either fix the issue they have or shutdown. More
I left my vehicle there early in the morning at 7:30am. No call from service technician (ST) to inform me of needed repairs/update. I called at around 2:30pm, twice, I left a vm with no return call. ST dis not have an update of my vehicle and was looking for it. Waited in lobby, by 5pm, he told me where leaks are coming from. Has not done oil change. Nobody was able to help adjust charges I should not have been charged for for lack of customer service. When the ST tried to ask for help from co-worker, co-corker cursed and said, ‘I’m going home’. . Waste of my time and day off from work. More

I'm not satisfied with this dealership. The service department the clerks are very rude. Terrible service! Raphael was very pushy trying to get me in a new car. They told me not to worry and their service center will be open till I come there and do the payment at the service center. Instead they sent me the pickup so late that while on route, they tell me to do the payment providing card details over phone since they cant wait that late for me to arrive, else I will have to be dropped back home and to come pick up tomorrow. They never listened to my concern of providing my card details over phone hence I had to oblige. 3. I did the payment over phone and when I come to the showroom very late (coz of their late shuttle ofcourse) they disrespected me so badly that they locked all front doors and asking me to go all the way to the back to come inside. 4. I tell them I need to speak to their manager and they tell me it wont help at all. I sit there waiting for my car to finish the car wash, which they promised they would do earlier, but while waiting inside they ask me to step outside when its so cold and windy. Im sure everyone agrees to me that this is not good customer service and they never apologized for their delay coz of which I had to bear their attitude. For all new people going there for servicing, I would NOT recommend this place if you want to have peace of mind. More
$500 for tire lock removal and new tire I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for repair unless you have a warranty. It took several days and $500 (not to mention the cost of all my Lyft rides and the long breaks I had to take from work to try to get through to someone for updates on my van) to have my tire locks removed (they were broken) and a tire replaced. I did not get an estimate of how much it would cost before I was asked to pay nor did anyone give me updates on how long I'd be without my van. I tried calling more than 10 times one day to get info and never got through to anyone nor did anyone return my call. I finally got one nice lady to answer the phone, but all she could tell me was that my van was not ready. No other info. I'm very dissatisfied with the entire process except that the shuttle drivers were nice. More

Fast forward 4 days I requested an update on the car but still had not received anything. My service advisor Elijah Bolton had been ignoring all my messages and had me waiting days just to get an update. On the 5th day I went to the dealer in person just to find out nothing had been done and my car had been left in the parking lot. After speaking with Bobby the service manager he had said it would take 2-3 week BEFORE IT COULD EVEN BE LOOKED AT!!!. Also when walking in Elijah had seen me and walked away to avoid me. I had decided to wait 2 more days just incase they were backed up. On the 3rd day I called the dealership to get an update where I was told the car had not been looked at and was still sitting outside. Then I had enough and have taken my business to a better dodge dealer almost 45 minutes away. The new dealership had heard my story and said it was the most ridiculous thing they had heard. Also the NEW dealership had given me an update less then 24 hours after drop off. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS SAN LEANDRO DEALERSHIP PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME. I honestly regret buying a car from these clowns. More
