In regards of Bobby 2014 Ram 1500 with bumper to bumper coverage for life it was a promotion i got out the dealer when i purchased the truck.Bobby never once mentioned a 2014 Ram 1500 with bumper to bumper coverage for life it was a promotion i got out the dealer when i purchased the truck.Bobby never once mentioned a $100 “deductible” for the door lock work done on my truck,calls me after i have already left and checked out with someone else that also never mentioned that deductible. It’s not even noted on my paper work that i had to pay for anything so he calls me being very aggressive not allowing me to look over my contract and treating saying i had to pay and pay now over the phone or his reporting me to all Chrysler dealers to void any work needed on my truck,at the moment i was driving and repeatedly told him i was busy and he kept nagging wanting me to pay on the spot.Almost caused a accident due to this dumb xxx bob. More

Ive gotten good and bad services in the past but not I´ve only done business with San Leandro Crysler Dodge Jeep Rap for the 3 years of owning my car. Ive gotten good and bad services in the past but nothing preventing me from going. I had a pre-paid maintainance program so I´ve never had to pay out of pocket until now. Now yesterday I was quoted $2334 when I arrived for my 30k service on my wrangler. Right out the gate when I said it was at 29xxx miles. I accepted believing that was standard manufacturing recommendation for that "big" 30k service which a lot cars have. The amount was tho quite more than I would have guessed so I cold called 4 other Jeep dealer/service places and asked about what was included and cost of 30k service. Numbers were all around $1000 obviously without some of the aspects I was sold on at your location but others did not consider some of the those jobs as a default 30k service without inspection first. I called and tried to cancel my service other than basic oil change but was told work was started but was able to cancel a $900 part that is labeled "axle/driveshaft/differential concern, dealer recommended 4x4 service, customer declined" on invoice. That sounds like something that has been inspected, something raises concerns and is then possibly serviced and I declined it. But was sold to me before anything more than milage and VIN was checked. The icing on the cake was when I came and picked up, I paid the $1500 and was about to leave when I realized the usual "vehicle checkup" report was missing where it gives me basic info a status report on breaks, tires etc. I like to keep those records for my car. Service rep when asked about price difference tried giving me arguments why all this was done and its all standard things for this type of car at this milage and using whatever branded fluids better than Mopar that costs more, but comes with extended warranties etc. If that is the case so be it but I found the difference between this and other bay area dealers way to much to be justified. I asked about it and service rep looked for it at desk and office and said he would go find the person that did it a get it. That took a few minutes and when I got it back I got the feeling it had been written up in the few minutes I waited after requesting it cause it had all the details about the service I just did. It appears to be in my service reps hand writing based on other things he wrote down for me which I thought was strange for the fact that he obviously didn´t physically do the inspection or any hands on work, a tech would have. What completely confirmed to me that checkup report was fabricated in those few minutes was that my break pads grew quite a bit since my last checkup 5000 miles ago. Which would, if true, be my only positive from this experience. Rep came off nice and was big on taking care of me quickly which was the case and has not always been the case. But I felt like I got sold a lot of stuff that wouldn´t have needed at this point in time and explained and discussed more. Felt a little like I was being taken advantage off. Maybe there is a commission aspect that I should been more careful about but I just like to take my car to a place where I feel like my best interest are kept in 1st place. Whatever NEEDS to be done will get done and paid for and any recommendation after inspection from a tech of course considered and possible done. If no responds is made that justifies and explains that all my concerns are completely wrong and I misread the whole situation I can not justify bringing any of my future business to San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT More

I left my car for oil change and when i asked if they also was the cars the response was “no, don’t push your luck”. What made me think what about luck when others do a complete work of oil changes rotate of tires check fluids and so on and a complementary clean to detail the vehicles. That’s the case with Toyota Nissan and Honda from my personal experience. Not 100% happy More
