My Uconnet is not able to locate my vehicle. I keep getting the run around. Uconnect is saying to replace the system and Chrysler appears to be clueless. This has been going on for 3 months. Every time I bring my car in, something is not working and they can not test. If my car is stolen, I have no way to locate it. Today, when I tried to locate my vehicle that's sitting in front of my home, in Oakland, my car is showed in Castro Valley. If I had know the service would be so awful, I would have gone somewhere else. When request to locate my vehicle, I can see it streaming and 15-20 mins later, I receive a fail message. When are you going to fix the problem or replace the unit????? I honestly hate coming there. It's cold, no one appears to care about the customer. There is no desire to go the extra mile.........for a Jeep owner.........Alfredo is the only person that's willing to help and he's in sales......... More

Tire Repair Woes My vehicle was towed from home and dropped off at 9am. I called to inform the service team and find out how long it would take. I was informed 1.5 - 2 My vehicle was towed from home and dropped off at 9am. I called to inform the service team and find out how long it would take. I was informed 1.5 - 2 hours and they would call me. I never received a call and called in myself about 2pm, to find that no one could provide info on whether my vehicle was ready, so I said it should be, it's been more than enough time, so I'll just come down there. When I arrived after 3pm, I waited at the service desk for someone to help me. It took awhile but eventually a guy showed up and I asked about my truck. Again, he was having a difficult time obtaining information. I told him I was in a hurry and they've had my truck more than enough time and it should be ready. After about 15 min. He figured it out by reaching out to my designated service person, who never addressed me or communicated that he was my service person and I received my vehicle. I only found out Jose was my Service person from when I called in to check on the status of my truck. The lady on the phone gave me his name and said she couldn't get a hold of him to find out if my truck was ready, and she'd have him call me back. To which I would assume any service person should be able to let her know if my truck was ready. There's definitely room for improvement within the team and service they provide. I hope they can get it together over there. I would recommend with hesitation. More
Unorganized, understaffed, and ridiculous wait times I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 30 minutes just to get to the counter to speak with someone. I asked how backed up they were and the lady said it shouldn’t be too long. Maybe an hour to hour and a half. I proceeded to the waiting room where I watched my car sit where I left it for the next hour. I then waited in the room for another hour and a half. I finally went to check on the status when the guy was like “oh, it’s ready”. He did not discuss any technician comments or concerns he simply just checked me out and sent me on my way. I have been to several dealership service departments and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I spent a total of 3hours at the service dept. More
Devastating!! I felt that I was taking advantage of I wanted to put my $15,000 down on the payment of the car and they put it on the deposit and when I try to get i I felt that I was taking advantage of I wanted to put my $15,000 down on the payment of the car and they put it on the deposit and when I try to get it corrected all of a sudden the person that's sold me the car was no longer with that dealership in San Leandro I also called Channel 7 Mike Feeney and they didn't want to talk to him so I was very disappointed and not being able to get that money move from the deposit to the balance of the car and I'm still making payments when I should have had it paid off!!!! I feel scammed, ripped off, xxxxx and I will never recommend this dealership ever. I am going to 4 response channel and ask them if they will look at this.case That's my F Up Experience!!! More

Elijah is amazing! I took my 2016 Jeep Compass in to be seen for a noise it has been making when I turn left. The noise has been inconsistently present for over a year. Unfortunately, nothing could be diagnosed because the noise was not present during my visit. Instead of being sent home frustrated, Elijah asked a second mechanic to take a look at my car. The second mechanic called Chrysler and was able to find a possible solution to my car's problem. Even if it is not a 100% guarantee, it felt good that my concern was taken seriously and that I didn't leave the garage at a loss. Thank you, Elijah, for extending excellent customer service. I will definitely be back again if I ever need to follow up on my car's problem, and I will ask to work with Elijah. More
