If I could rate this dealer zero stars I would This may have been the worst experience I've ever had. I was told that my car would take about 1-3 days to be diagnosed which I was fine with. Fast forward 4 days I requested an update on the car but still had not received anything. My service advisor Elijah Bolton had been ignoring all my messages and had me waiting days just to get an update. On the 5th day I went to the dealer in person just to find out nothing had been done and my car had been left in the parking lot. After speaking with Bobby the service manager he had said it would take 2-3 week BEFORE IT COULD EVEN BE LOOKED AT!!!. Also when walking in Elijah had seen me and walked away to avoid me. I had decided to wait 2 more days just incase they were backed up. On the 3rd day I called the dealership to get an update where I was told the car had not been looked at and was still sitting outside. Then I had enough and have taken my business to a better dodge dealer almost 45 minutes away. The new dealership had heard my story and said it was the most ridiculous thing they had heard. Also the NEW dealership had given me an update less then 24 hours after drop off. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS SAN LEANDRO DEALERSHIP PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME. I honestly regret buying a car from these clowns. More

Customer service was wonderful first thing at 730am on a Saturday I came to see what my seat belt was stuck. Sad the part was not available and waiting for the part to come in. The dealership had my car 8 days. Never once contacted me. Left 3 messages on separate days asking for a update, no response. I had a catalytic converter recall and I called and they sent me an appointment immediately then ordered me the part. The service is great and they immediately got back to me the next day saying that the jo sent me an appointment immediately then ordered me the part. Having been going there for my oil changes for 153,000 on the Challenger I bought new in 2011 from San Leandro Dodge Jeep Dealership. Sometimes takes an hour sometimes more.
