So i take my car still under warranty something broke ok i make appointment tha take me 2 months so when i take it Bob was there he was rude so he make his own history to what happens with my car ok i make appointment tha take me 2 months so when i take it Bob was there he was rude so he make his own history to what happens with my car i told him thas not what it happen he told me straight up IDONT CARE so they call Chrysler warranty and lie about my problem so they denied my case ok i pick up to take to different dealer guess what they dent my car and i I told them but of course they denied and now they were accusing me that dent was aredy there' and now im just saying because they didn't want to fix my car''but they forgot to put in the notes YEA RITE 100% tha dent wasn't there before i dropped in the dealer any ways i take to other dealership and they were happy to fix my car under warranty my car only has 26k miles so i dont recommend this for service or anything else More
This dealership was horrible at communicating and took 5 weeks to do a simple job. Totally fine as long as I'm kept in the loop, but they called me twice in 5 weeks, even though I called at least a dozen t weeks to do a simple job. Express Service I brought my RAM in for an oil change and was immediately offered to wait for the service to be done. I had to go back to work and said I would be ba I brought my RAM in for an oil change and was immediately offered to wait for the service to be done. The service department closed at five o'clock and when I told Robert that I didn't get off work until five he said not to worry and that he would wait for me. Excellent customer service, thank you! Terrible Customer Service Each time I interact with San Leandro CDJR there is an issue. The main problem relates to lack of clarity and communication. I can call numerous times and my calls are never returned or I get passed around. The customer service is terrible. If someone wants a status update on the service of their vehicle, why not just explain what is wrong and how long it will take to fix. Instead, I get ignored. This has happened on 2 occasions -- once in November shortly after I purchased a car that was sold to me with a mechanical issue and again just last week. More
Service was fine except that I dropped car off on Thursday at 10am. I was told at the time that it would be done that day which surprised me because of published cleaning procedure.
