No one called me 12 weeks ago i came in for recall notices to be taken care of and check engine light coming on and it was fuel sensor. They told me some one would cal 12 weeks ago i came in for recall notices to be taken care of and check engine light coming on and it was fuel sensor. They told me some one would call me when it came in after several attempts to contact them after 2 weeks I went back in. I was told that person was no longer with the company and he would call me once the fuel sensor came in. Eight weeks later I called in an they transfer me to parts and found out part was in for 6 weeks. they transfer me back to service were it was nothing for 30 mins. I hung up and called back in were they scheduled me appointment a week later to have it installed. More

Very poor service i took my car in for a oil change it took them 7 hours to do this on top of all that i couldn't get a ride home. when they call to tell me my car was i took my car in for a oil change it took them 7 hours to do this on top of all that i couldn't get a ride home. when they call to tell me my car was ready i had to call somebody to come and take me back to pick up car i had to wait another 20 min because he couldn't pull the bill up for me to pay after all of that i pay bill $ 519.00 took my car got on freeway check oil gauge on dashboard it still had an oil life level of 16% which is were it was before i took car in for service had to take car in again for them to check to see if work was even done and to reset oil gauge this is a waste of my time Thank you More
