Our daycare vehicle has been there almost 2 months! I was called to come pick it up and the engine light was on and I was told to bring it back! This dealership has had my vehicle since Jan 2nd and this has caused me a great hardship. My vehicle is not just for personal use but also for my business. I have had to pay out of pocket over 3000 for renta has caused me a great hardship. My vehicle is not just for personal use but also for my business. I have had to pay out of pocket over 3000 for rental cars and only being offered to be reimbursed for 10 days. This shows that this dealership does not appreciate or care about their customers. After being there for over a month I was told the vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. Not even 30 minutes went by before the engine light came on and start to show signs that the vehicle was never fixed. When I contacted the dealership, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience I was told if I continued to drive it they would not responsible for what happens to the vehicle. Well the only way to get it back was to drive it back. Once backnin their possession I was told they installed a faulty transmission. I have been passed around from one 800 number to the next and no one seems to know how or even show interest in helping me. More
