I'll always have a pleasurable experience in the express lane for my oil change. The service technicians are always on point. They never did either until I repeatedly called to follow up. Once the part came in I brought my car in for the appointment, on a work day, and no ride was provided to leave or return to the dealership, so I spent $40 in ubers. Meanwhile your salespeople call me every day trying to sell me a different car, which, based on my experience here, will never happen. If you were sharp you'd loan me the car I was previously interested in buying while you fix the OEM issue with mine. When I picked my car up, it had the replacement radio, but it was programmed with options that don't exist in my car, and the volume control didnt work (it's either on full volume or off). Now I have to schedule a follow up appointment on another work day which will cost me $40 more in ubers because it wasn't fixed properly the first time. I've been trying to get this fixed since July and it's been nothing but frustrating. More
