Christian Lopez has definitely changed my mind about the dealership experience. His communication and experience has led me to regain my trust in a dealership. I hope his excellent customer service and thorough knowledge of how to relay the message between a tech and customer does not go unnoticed. He will most certainly be our go to guy at CDJR. Sidenote- Gile was also extremely helpful. And the brief conversation I had with him shows his true interests in customer satisfaction. I hope both of these gentlemen get the proper credit they deserve. Its about time a dealership has more employees of this caliber. More

I took my Chrysler Town and Country in to replace power lock actuator which is under a Chrysler warranty extension #X98. Was charged for part that broke during the replacement. However the service advisor lock actuator which is under a Chrysler warranty extension #X98. Was charged for part that broke during the replacement. However the service advisor could not point out to me what was replaced or provide the broken part. I have already escalated this to Chrysler warranty claims and have a case number and sent copies of invoice for possible reimbursement. But I don’t have confidence in the fact that the dealer actually had to replace the part, I believe by law I was to be provided the broken part. The whole process has been less than favorable. It has been an eye opener for me, because I am shopping for a fifth wheel and a truck to pull it. It won’t be a Dodge. More
