Second time at this place. First experience with one of the owners (mind you he made sure to through that out there). Come to check out a charger and a 300c. We knew it was late in the day so we gave them all of our info to get back to us on pricing thinking it’ll save us time should we come back to make the purchase. Nothing, crickets, nothing from the “owner” or the salesman. Ok we found the car we were looking at here out of state for let’s say $25k less and with transportation fees (not the first purchase out of state). We decide let’s give them a second chance. The sales dude walks over we talk go over what we have going on if there would be willing to go lower on the price. The sticker price is $94k (plus $50k markup). Dude says no we won’t go lower. We tell him well online you already dropped the price $13k. He says oh that was a one day thing it’s over. Ummm no we pull up his web advertising, dude says “ honestly we made our quota for the month, that’s just for numbers” xxx! I’m not saying he needed to match what we found out of State, but at least better than your advertiser price. Yes it’s a business got that but you got cars sitting on your lot for months and clearly the $13k drop in price shows. I’d rather travel a bit for a better deal and exceptional customer service. The car devalues once you drive off the lot. $50k plus over MSRP just for convenience and rude xxx people I’d take a nice short trip to enjoy my purchasing experience. More
