Jesús was great and updated me promptly. However, every time I called the dealership I was placed on hold for 20 plus minutes, often just hanging up and calling another time. I knew it would take 2-3 months for my car to receive the battery plus installation, but there was no loaner car offered (Jesus was sure that the manufacturer would offer, which they didn’t. He was kind enough to text me the number to the manufacturer as well. Nor did my insurance—which is full coverage.) which was an inconvenience, of course. The guys at the shop were friendly, helpful, and professional. It was just all the waiting and having no car which was of inconvenience. More

There are a lot of Jeep dealers in the Bay Area to buy a car from, this one is definitely NOT one of them. Honesty and being strait forward is not a quality here, they get you in the door with a lie. If you ever call and ask for a particular car they will tell you what you want to hear to get you to drive there even if it is not true. during negotiation of the car they will leave things out that may have had an impact in your decision, again honesty not big here. The sales person did not bother to deliver the car properly, he basically gave us the key and sent us on our way. I had bought many new cars before and usually the sales person spends 30-45 minutes explaining all the controls setting up the phone etc, not here once the get your money they could not care less. Do not buy here, I had a much better experience at the Jeep dealership in Walnut Creek, they were more honest and show they care to have a satisfied customer beyond the money. More
