We were given vague answers to our questions regarding the lease agreement. Felt pressured in the end to sign an expensive lease regardless of feeling unsure. After the lease was signed we had questions and concerns and we tried to reach out to management several times, even leaving messages with other employees. Greg was professional and patient and tried to help with the issues I have with my minivan. The service center was not able to address all the issues and I was told that a DIDI was sent to the manufacturer the issues I have with my minivan. The service center was not able to address all the issues and I was told that a DIDI was sent to the manufacturer to see if they have suggestion on fixes. Dealership was under remodel when I was there so flow of traffic was not the best. Navigating through was difficult and lanes were tight. More

I flew up to Oakland/San Leandro from LA to get this Jeep. I was able to secure the vehicle, execute the purchase and make all the arrangements to pick up my new Jeep on-line.
