My '94 Volvo 850 Turbo got "crunched" by a careless driver so, I was in the market for a replacement. I really had not considered purchasing a "new" car until by chance, my wife and I stopped careless driver so, I was in the market for a replacement. I really had not considered purchasing a "new" car until by chance, my wife and I stopped in at our neighborhood S.F. Toyota dealer. It was there she checked out the 2013 RAV4. She liked it so, about a week later, I dropped in and was immediately met by Damien Fukushima. Damien is courteous, knowledgeable about the Toyota product line, a 2013 RAV4 AWD Limited, in this case. Damien made our whole car purchase experience a real pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Damien and San Francisco Toyota to anyone seeking to purchase an automobile. More

This was my second Prius purchase from SF Toyota. It was again, a pleasant experience and that is saying something for purchasing cars from a dealership. Mitchell Pulver was professional, friendly, knowled again, a pleasant experience and that is saying something for purchasing cars from a dealership. Mitchell Pulver was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all overbearing. I love my 2013 Prius as much if not a more so (this one has additional features) than my 2005 Prius. Received a fair trade-in value from Michael La. I recommend this dealership for purchasing a Toyota or Scion. I also have all my servicing done here as well. More

Well First of all I'm a manger and I know excellent customer service,Michael was pleasant and not pushy.Me and my son went in looking at a porsche,We took a test drive my Son loved it.We sat down to fi customer service,Michael was pleasant and not pushy.Me and my son went in looking at a porsche,We took a test drive my Son loved it.We sat down to fill out the paper work it took some time but Michael was letting us know through out the whole time what was going on. Then the Manger Edwin Tan came over as well to let us know they were trying their best to get us a good rate.I didn't feel rushed at all.I had been looking for cars with my husband in burlingame and some of the sale's people were rude and had no time or patient's. The next day after I bought my son his car I took my husband there,I'm taking my time to let any body thinking about buying a car from them to check it out.I'm a very satisfied Customer. More
