Everyone at the dealership was helpful and professional and although I had financing in place they were able to give me a better rate (2.9%) and walked me through the application process and let me know as soon as I was approved. During the process, I mentioned other vehicles of interest (audi, bmw) and Ryan maintained objectivity by presenting facts about other vehicles to consider and never once pressured me. As a consumer, I really appreciated his honesty, objectiveness and genuine interest in my satisfaction. The entire deal was handled quickly and efficiently- a BIG plus!!!
