I fell in love with the Prius C the moment I discovered it on-line in early March. The very next day, I visited SF Toyota (15 blocks from my home). Philip Yue greeted me with a low-key, no nonsense, helpfu it on-line in early March. The very next day, I visited SF Toyota (15 blocks from my home). Philip Yue greeted me with a low-key, no nonsense, helpful style. For the next week, I was in and out of the dealership a few times, bringing in our 2 "trade-in" vehicles for trade-in appraisals. To make a long story short, we settled on a very decent trade-in price for 1 car. Phil told us we were offered the highest trade-in value because 1) we are loyal customers (this would be our 3rd Toyota purchase from SF Toyota since 1976); 2) we live in the neighborhood; 3) we have 3 grown children and SF Toyota would like them as customers, too, one day.
