My experience at SF Toyota was great. Once we figured out the model for me, Francisco worked very hard to get the car transferred to the store and helped to get me great pricing on monthly payments. Because the car was delivered around 7PM to the dealership, it wasn't detailed, so they offered one to me on the house down the road. After driving the car for a couple of weeks, something spilled onto one of the seats and a car had hit my back bumper, popping a panel out of place. Seemed like the right time for a detail! They completely cleaned out the mess on the seat, buffed the paint, popped out the dent and reattached the panel. The car looks brand new again. Super friendly folks from sales to service. Also, I love my new car. More
