The maintenance service was fine. The recall service was pretty bad. There was a recall to replace just the side mirrors, not the whole mirror housing. After the recall service, both mirrors fell off and were just dangling by their electrical connection. I noticed the tiny hooks behind the mirrors, that latch onto the mirror housing, were broken. I assume the dealer tried to shove the mirrors back on and attach them with glue. I brought the car back. But the dealer basically glued them back on and told me they were fixed. And as feared, the mirrors fell out again, not much later. When I brought up the issue again, the dealer said they followed Honda’s instructions for the recall and I would need to bring this up with Honda…The dealer and Honda should have known the tiny hooks behind the mirrors are not very durable and not meant to be installed that way. It’s just not a very safe recall solution… More
