I had my 2016 Honda civic AC recall fix. They fixed the problem but they said my AC hose was leaking which I had another mechanic looked at it he said it was fine. When I picked up the car , the person who’s in charge of my car said there won’t be cold air coming out because of the hose but the air was cold been driving it for two weeks and it was fine.Maybe they just wanted to make an xtra money which I understand. We bought a certified preowned vehicle from Honda in July 2023. The finance manager that sold us the extended warranty for nearly $3000 told us that we had a preowned vehicle contract, which means the car wo 2023. The finance manager that sold us the extended warranty for nearly $3000 told us that we had a preowned vehicle contract, which means the car would be covered bumper-to-bumper for 100,000 miles on top of the 25,000 that was already on the car at the time of purchase. This meant that we would be covered up to 125,000 miles by the warranty. However, when we went to use the warranty at 107,000 miles, San Francisco Honda would not honor it, saying that they don’t do preowned vehicle contracts. So even though our paperwork had preowned and certified warranties checked, they would not honor it. The dealership manager and the finance manager as of May 2025 were unhelpful, condescending, and unkind when we talked to them about the warranty. I would never buy from them again and do not recommend them as an ethical business. More

Worst honda dealer service. I brought my 2024 odyssey for warrant work. They can’t diagnose what the problem of my car is. This is not the first time. I brought the car because I am having issue of the AC, there are times when idling the ac blows hot air, when driving ac blows cold air. I don’t know if they diagnose it throughly. Left the car overnight, they said everything looks good. Still having the same issue until now. ALSO THEY WILL RETURN YOUR CAR BACK DIRTY EXTERIOR!! GREASE EVERYWHERE ON LEFT SIDE OF THE CAR!! The 1st time i brought my car for warranty work was couple of months ago, there’s black liquid melting on the right side of the sliding door handle when the weather is hot. All they did was wipe it off. Still having that issue until now, I have to wipe off that melting sticky liquid off the door handle when the weather is hot. They never offer to open up the sliding door if where is the black liquid coming from. 2 services, 1 service rep assist, same guy who always say ‘I won’t charge you for this service, blah blah’! Of course you won’t, this is warranty work. This guy ryan always threaten you to charge you for the work depends on the diagnose. Just to let you know ryan this car comes with warranty when we bought it brand new!!!! There is a reason why warranty exist!! This car is brand new!! Bought it july 2024, only has 3k mileage now!! AND PLEASE DONT THREATEN THE CUSTOMER TO CHARGE THEM DEPENDS OF THE DIAGNOSE!! FIX THE CAR INSTEAD!! More
