I dropped off my car for an oil change and to checks the tires and brakes as I was going on a road trip the next day. I had a terrible experience the last time I was in the dealership when I needed a tire r tires and brakes as I was going on a road trip the next day. I had a terrible experience the last time I was in the dealership when I needed a tire replaced that I was bothered that I had to go back but I pre-purchased services when I bought the car so I had to go to the Van Ness location. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. The agent who assisted was not only pleasant to deal with but she provided incredible customer service. She provided background on services I was to receive as well as possible explinations to why I had low tire pressure. She also provided me with more detail on what is and what is not covered on my purchased plan. She promised that I would have my car in "a coupe of hours" and she stuck to her word. When I showed up, she pulled my car out and explained the results of the service and diagnostics. It was the other side of the spectrum from the service I recevied prior to this appontment. Nice work! More

Geoff was super helpful at my second visit on Monday. That being said, for my first visit on Friday I brought my vehicle in for a "waiting" appointment and they said it would be 6 hours to change the oil That being said, for my first visit on Friday I brought my vehicle in for a "waiting" appointment and they said it would be 6 hours to change the oil. What is the point of booking an appointment if they don't use it to manage their workload? The lady at the desk was totally useless and not even conciliatory or sympathetic. I left and came back Monday and was given another projected 6-hour wait (it actually took 4). At least I was prepared the second time! More
The Start/Stop button was not working in my HRV. I called in to Honda and was able to make an appointment at 9th Ave., SF. I brought my car in the shop and found that they are very busy. I don't think my car will be fix unit late evening. Then I got a call from the service advisor around 3+ hours later. He told me my problem was fix and no cost to me. Beside the Start button problem, they also fixed my entry door security light problem. That is beyond my expectation. This Honda location has some good stuffs. More
