San Francisco Honda - Service Center

After dealing with SF Honda personnel who kept telling me to check back periodically for the recalled gas pumps, I finally was lucky enough to contact Sabrina, who was excellent in keeping me apprised with u to check back periodically for the recalled gas pumps, I finally was lucky enough to contact Sabrina, who was excellent in keeping me apprised with updates and finally scheduled my appointment even though a fellow receptionist had told me that morning that they did not have the part and I would have to check back! Sabrina even followed up afterwards to make sure I received the service. The service was courteous & efficient. More

The maintenance service on my vehicle was completed on time and the Honda representative did a great job explaining each maintenance line item that The maintenance service on my vehicle was completed on time and the Honda representative did a great job explaining each maintenance line item that was addressed. One area for improvement: please make sure the coffee machines work and are stocked with brew. Both machines, including the one in service area as well as the main lounge, did not work the entire morning and there was only tea available. Otherwise a nice experience. More

The customer service agents are kind and efficient. Also, the services sometimes lack finishing. My tire light was not reset. The oil light was not reset. Making me unsure if the service was provided or if it was a simple oversight. More
