Eric took my information, let me know approximately how long the service would take and contacted me when the work was completed. I waited in the waiting area which was comfortable and convenient. I also appreciate the refreshments that were provided. When I checked out Eric gave me a full assessment of the work and also said he would contact me when the recall parts arrived.
