Previously, I always felt the Acura dealership/service was premier but I don't feel that way now. No more is the complimentary vehicle wash, waiting room with refreshments and the extra attention. I dropped off my car for an oil change and to checks the tires and brakes as I was going on a road trip the next day. I had a terrible experience the last time I was in the dealership when I needed a tire replaced that I was bothered that I had to go back but I pre-purchased services when I bought the car so I had to go to the Van Ness location. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. The agent who assisted was not only pleasant to deal with but she provided incredible customer service. She provided background on services I was to receive as well as possible explinations to why I had low tire pressure. She also provided me with more detail on what is and what is not covered on my purchased plan. She promised that I would have my car in "a coupe of hours" and she stuck to her word. When I showed up, she pulled my car out and explained the results of the service and diagnostics. It was the other side of the spectrum from the service I recevied prior to this appontment.
