One area for improvement: please make sure the coffee machines work and are stocked with brew. Both machines, including the one in service area as well as the main lounge, did not work the entire morning and there was only tea available. Otherwise a nice experience. More

After dealing with SF Honda personnel who kept telling me to check back periodically for the recalled gas pumps, I finally was lucky enough to contact Sabrina, who was excellent in keeping me apprised with u to check back periodically for the recalled gas pumps, I finally was lucky enough to contact Sabrina, who was excellent in keeping me apprised with updates and finally scheduled my appointment even though a fellow receptionist had told me that morning that they did not have the part and I would have to check back!
