I worked with Wing on going through everything from the test drive to the questions I had. He was very professional and took care of everything making sure I leave the lot with the car all set up. It's imp test drive to the questions I had. He was very professional and took care of everything making sure I leave the lot with the car all set up. It's important to ask as many questions as needed and be super informed when purchasing a vehicle. I recommend him and James when it comes to the purchase - James kept me up to date on everything about my car (since I had to wait a week for it to arrive in the color I wanted), as well as gave me some referrals for car insurance. Chris worked with me on the deal and made me feel like a valued customer. Ilona in financing could not have been more thorough and patient - top notch support. Buying a car is always an interesting and sometimes cumbersome experience. However, the team at SF Honda made it feel like an informed experience and took their time with the purchasing process. I bought the maintenance package as well and looking forward to visiting the team when I need servicing. More
Horrific! Cyreene insisted on me coming in to discuss reserving a vehicle, which could have been done by phone (no car to look at or test drive), and the cust Cyreene insisted on me coming in to discuss reserving a vehicle, which could have been done by phone (no car to look at or test drive), and the customer garage is extremely tight and full of poles. Even Paolo agreed that he wasted my time. When backing out (not showing up in my rear view mirror), I scraped the paint off my rear bumper on a pole. This is going to be a fortune to fix, and/or increase my insurance rates. They expressed no sympathy nor offered to fix it. In fact, they mocked me. The whole experience is expensive, traumatizing, and was avoidable. Stay away from there, particularly the garage. It's way too cramped, like a landmine. More
San Francisco Honda service has evaporated. I received an estimate for a windshield replacement over a week ago and can't get a call or email returned to get it ordered or installed. The new phone gatekeeper estimate for a windshield replacement over a week ago and can't get a call or email returned to get it ordered or installed. The new phone gatekeepers have no idea what's going on or even that the shop was closed Wednesday. The service department changed locations without notification to customers. There's absolutely no way to contact the service department. Used to be a superior outfit. What a shame. More
Where is the service department So the San Francisco honda dealership changed locations, but didn't post anything about the service department being on the other side of the city. I So the San Francisco honda dealership changed locations, but didn't post anything about the service department being on the other side of the city. I did not even receive an email. And when I called the new location, i was transferred to the service department, and they told me to bring my car in. So naturally, I assumed it would be at the same location as the phone number that I called. C'mon Honda. Get your xxxx together!! More
