My experience with this dealership has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. The sales process felt incredibly shady. I was quoted by Edwin for a lease that required an $8,700 down payment and still came out to nearly $800 per month for a car that is worth roughly $39K-$41K. That alone should have been a major red flag but I was able to work something out with them only because corporate gave me a good deal for how they treated me and my family. On top of that, different salespeople gave conflicting information about the vehicle. I was told certain accessories were not included, despite those same accessories being clearly listed on the deal paperwork. Communication has been terrible throughout the entire process. I spoke to their Sales Manager Terry over the phone and was told by him that I would be receiving an update from him, 5 days later still nothing after leaving a message and email to him. Nobody keeps you updated, and they seem to have no regard for customers’ time. I have driven 30 minutes into the city on two separate occasions for scheduled appointments, only to be told after arriving that the parts had not arrived yet or that the employee responsible for the service had called in sick. Both situations could have easily been communicated before my appointment, saving me an hour of driving and unnecessary frustration. Between the misleading sales tactics, inconsistent information, poor communication, and repeated wasted trips, this has been one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences I have ever had. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business here proceed with caution and get everything in writing. More
