This review is regarding the Marina Service Center in San Francisco. I always receive the best service for my Honda at this location and am treated respectfully. Was a nightmare dealing with Brian Truong. And this location service center. My car was in for an insurance claim. I had stated to them my car was working perfectly fine before. They found an And this location service center. My car was in for an insurance claim. I had stated to them my car was working perfectly fine before. They found an issue with the battery. Instead of replacing it and claiming it under insurance he tried to sell me a new battery. I had to end up bringing my car back two days later because it was not fixed. After them taking one full month still to repair it. And when I went back Brian was completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, a liar. Was trying to not take responsibility and change the narrative of why I need to bring my car back. More
