There were two "phases" of interaction and I need to write about both of them. The folks at 9th Ave. Honda are always focused AND helpful, but the first time I went in to see about this recall, I was to write about both of them. The folks at 9th Ave. Honda are always focused AND helpful, but the first time I went in to see about this recall, I was told they didn't have the parts, so I was to "check back." The one star that is missing is for them not saying "we'll call you when we have the parts." Maybe I should have only removed 1/3 of a star because 9th Ave Honda have been great for YEARS. I work 15 hour days and am interrupted about every 10 minutes. How often would I have had to make a point of calling in order to find out that they still didn't have the parts? One day, I was in the neighborhood and stopped in and asked whether they had the parts and, as it turned out, THEY DID! I got an appointment for the very next day and all went smoothly - as it has every time before (through at least three previous Hondas - probably four, but I'm not really sure). More
