I just feel for Liz the sales agent. She worked hard to get a deal for me and lost her commission. When I showed up you didn't even take a second look. When I had the car in my hands I was going to recommend you as a trustworthy dealership. Not anymore! More

On road trip, air conditioner did not cool well at all in 92 to 102° heat as shown by the vehicle’s thermometer of outside air temperature. Temperature inside of car felt like 85° up to 90°. Took car to S in 92 to 102° heat as shown by the vehicle’s thermometer of outside air temperature. Temperature inside of car felt like 85° up to 90°. Took car to SF Honda to have the air conditioner checked out. In the cool weather that day, the air conditioner seemed to be functioning well. Service manager ask me to bring the car back when the air conditioner stops working completely as he did not want to charge me the $275 cost of doing a full diagnostic of the air-conditioning system. More
