SF Honda service online schedule appointment service has major problems 1. If you don't allow appointment after 3pm, please remove it from your online schedule appointment service. 2. My service advisor Yessica doesn't see my appointment schedule online. This is a major problem. She took my word that I did make an appointment. San Francisco Honda has major problems with online scheduling service. I came in for an oil change because I got a service indicator light at my car dashboard. I still got the service indicator light at my dashboard after the service. I presume SF Honda has changed the oil but forgot to reset the service indicator light.
