Worst experience that I have with Honda in 6 years as a customer .I went there due a noise on rear door .They made wait for more than 2 hours and didn’t find the issue in my car . He start to complain sinc customer .I went there due a noise on rear door .They made wait for more than 2 hours and didn’t find the issue in my car . He start to complain since I got there, saying that I should make this appointment earlier, because by Union , they need to go home on time , he repeat this many times and could understand why is my faunt if I made the appointment by phone and gave me the option . The employee appeared exhausted and seemed unwilling to work. Terrible experience! Same with the guys who stay outside supposedly to help us to park , they was yelling at me to move the car and turn off . I got lost with that experience and hopefully I and my friends don’t need to go back there again. More
