Dealerships like this are why car salesmen have a bad reputation. I strongly discourage anyone from going there. My experience was that the salesmen were pushy and dishonest. At one point while I was sit reputation. I strongly discourage anyone from going there. My experience was that the salesmen were pushy and dishonest. At one point while I was sitting with the salesmen, the supervisor comes out and barks at him, "Are you here to sell cars or what?" It was very off-putting and made me uncomfortable throughout the whole process. I was quoted one price on the car and invoiced for another. No salesman ever showed me a full bill of sale, even though I directly and specifically asked for a summary of all relevant figures. Instead I was told I could look at them later, then finance basically rushed me through it. They also didn't respond to my request to negotiate the price on my trade in, even though I asked multiple times. If they didn't want to negotiate the price, that's fine, but they should have been explicit on that. Instead they started talking about down and monthly payments and pressuring me on what I could pay rather than being transparent on the rationale behind the pricing. I blame myself for letting myself get taken like this. But that doesn't change the fact that these guys are shady as xxxx. Go to Oakland or El Cerrito instead. More

Saw a great car for sale but battery didn’t run. Then when it got charged I was able to test drive it within a couple blocks because there was no gas. I still purchased and on day of pickup the batt Then when it got charged I was able to test drive it within a couple blocks because there was no gas. I still purchased and on day of pickup the battery died again so I had to bus home since they offered to drive but only SF limits or give me some loaner but nothing comparable to the car I bought. They said they’d deliver the next day which they did and then no floor mats on the car I asked for some and they ignored me. Super unprofessional. Liars. Car is great. Dealership itself sucks. I rather buy a BMW at this point. More
