Fidel did an amazing job working with us, he really went above and beyond. They got me a really good deal on my finance, and the car words cannot explain. I highly recommend this dealer. More
Went in shopping for a BMW, found one that I quite liked, but seems to have some minor rattling issue. It was very obvious, yet Maj refused to admit that there is a rattling sound. In fact he got very frustr but seems to have some minor rattling issue. It was very obvious, yet Maj refused to admit that there is a rattling sound. In fact he got very frustrated and angry at us that another sales person came over and tried to work with us. We should've walked away at this point, but the issue was minor, and they promised that it would be fixed before we pickup our car. When negotiating for price, they played a few tricks on me. First they say to make it easy lets use the after tax and dmv fees price. This is very sneaky because this is unexpected for me, looking at the prices online everyone uses the pre-tax and fees price, by using post tax price, you have no way to easily compare the price with the ones you know off the top of your head. Secondly they purposely gave a false number for dmv fee that was way too high, thus most of the discount you negotiate for was actually for nothing since it wasn't suppose to be that expensive in the first place anyways. It was frustrating to be cheated like that, but non the less, the car looks good and i looked forward to driving it. So we paid, and they promised to get the car to the dealer ASAP for the rattling fix and other minor issues, but Maj doesn't tell us when it would be ready. For some strange reason, even when I asked him which dealership he sent it off to, he refused to tell me. I phoned all the bmw dealerships in town to find out if they have my car in for repair, and none of them do. Turns out Maj did not even bother to book the car in for service like they promised, instead just tried to lie his way our AGAIN. Finally we agreed that I'll just pickup the car from them and take it to the dealership to get it fixed myself, Maj was happy of course, since he didn't have to do anything now, and promised over the phone that he would get his people to detail the car before we pickup that day. and Guess what? he didn't. When I got there to pickup the car, it looked like the guy just washed it with water, and did a xxxx poor job drying it. and get this, Maj claims that the car was waxed. I wash my car every week and wax every other week, it's painfully obvious that the car was not waxed because if you run your finger along the paint, they give out the screechy sound instead of being silky smooth. At this point I have no more patients to deal with these low life so I just took the key and left. Is that the end of my rant? suprisingly NO. couple month after I bought my car, I went to a BMW club autocross event, where another BMW enthusiast noticed that the tires on my car is weird. I have 3 different tires on my car. 3! not to mention it was so worn out I had to replace them almost immediately. I have no idea if Maj did a switch on me after I bought the car... The original tires on this car is suppose to be the run flat tires. I had a quote from bmw on how much to replace all 4, they quoted me 3k including balancing. I know for a fact that if you buy a certified pre-owned from BMW, it is required for them to give you the original equipment tires with at least 1/2 the tread still there. Moral of the story? Do your self a favor and buy certified preowned. Save the hassle of dealing with xxxxx like Maj. Buy pre-owned for piece of mind, you might even come out on top, I know I would've. More
Maj, the supposed manager, decided to sell a vehicle to another prospective buyer because he was not happy that I chose a warranty not offered by him. Claims multiple attempts to contact me but over exagg another prospective buyer because he was not happy that I chose a warranty not offered by him. Claims multiple attempts to contact me but over exaggerated. Proceeds to tell me how he is affected and how much he is impacted by it. After telling me how it is all our fault that he sold it to someone else, by the way, the title was not cleared, he had the tenacity to say that he hopes that he can help me out in the future. He has GOT to be kidding. Go somewhere else. More
