Total Incompetance I took my truck in for recall work. What was supposed to take approximately 6 hours, wound up taking 3 days. When I went to pick up my truck, they c I took my truck in for recall work. What was supposed to take approximately 6 hours, wound up taking 3 days. When I went to pick up my truck, they couldn't find it. 30 minutes later, my truck appeared. There was NO communication between the service department and myself unless I called them. I was left stranded, and paid for an extra day of a rental car (that, had they communicated with me) that I really didn't need to pay, While I was there, I browsed the showroom. Not one salesperson approached me and asked if I needed any help. I was actually looking to purchase a new truck. Too bad guys, you lose. More

I'm a 60 yo disable female, I brought my 2015 Chysler 200S in to get the Recalls done, I was told twice they didn't have the parts. A few weeks ago, I was driving on a major Hwy in San Antonio, going 65 mph and my car shut entirely down, due to the recall parts. I had my car towed to the dealership, all of the service Dept were deceptive, disrespectful, rude and no compassion for the emotional trauma I experienced. My car was installed with the recall parts, I've been driving my car for only a couple of weeks. My car didn't drive as well as when I first bought it, for the couple weeks I've had it back. I was stopped at a stop sign and my car stalled. I brought it back to the dealership ( San Antonio Chrysler, Dodge ), again I was treated with the utmost disrespect, rudeness and discreptive talk, from the Service manager ( Phillip) and service rep. More
Would not fix factory recalls I took my truck in on a Saturday morning at 10 am, this was an appointment not a walk in. After 3 days and only receiving 1 phone call I went to the d I took my truck in on a Saturday morning at 10 am, this was an appointment not a walk in. After 3 days and only receiving 1 phone call I went to the dealer to check the status of the repairs. Not a single recall was fixed and none of the other service I requested had even been started. Some of these recalls are potentially deadly such as sporadic air bag deployment so you would think this would have been a priority. The young lady at the counter whom I asked to get my keys for me walked away to make the phone call and said nothing to me when she came back to the counter. I asked her if they were bringing my keys and she said they are working on it and nothing else. I asked to see the service manager or the general manager and neither had time to talk to me. I have not received a single call from this dealer to provide an explanation or an apology. I just do not understand ignoring customers but to ignore potentially deadly recalls is really beyon me. Terrible Customer Service in Service Department I've been to this dealership several times for standard maintenance service and recall service. I have not once been totally satisfied with their service. This morning I was the first customer in line for an oil change service. I also had a check engine light the came on yesterday. The service writer looked up my VIN and based on mileage recommended additional services that I should do. I was short on time and said just change the oil and check the light... his response was it would take a couple hours ... the oil service was done in 15 min, I had to wait another 30 for him to complete the paperwork and release the car to me. You can't tell me it takes a couple hours to plug in the computer and see what the code is!!! He didn’t even check to see if someone was available ... Bottom line, just look at their reviews online, I'm finding another dealer to take care of my Jeep ... and would never buy anything from this dealership. More

After a WEEK they couldn't find anything wrong with my transmission, but found over $1,000 worth of other stuff that needed fixed. My husband picked up my car and dropped it off for me at work. When I went to drive home, I had no air conditioning. I took it back, and they wanted to charge me $269 to recharge the AC, which was working when we left it! Ended up paying ANOTHER $139. The next day my check engine light came on, I called and left a voicemail, no one has yet returned my call. Next day, my low coolant light comes on, which is one of the things they "fixed". Another call, a promise of being able to borrow a car while they look at mine, "just call me back." Another voicemail never returned. The next day, you guessed it, no AC.... My transmission still slips, my coolant still has to be filled up all the time, and now I also have no AC and my check engine light is on, when it wasn't before. Worst place I have ever done business with. Period. More

It was in the shop for 2 weeks. During the time it was in the shop kept getting the run around and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone. So they said let me get the estimate to see what it's gonna take to fix the car. I also had to go there several times and end the end they said there is nothing wrong and refused service on the car. The service advisor Kyle rode with me and I still hear the noise then proceeded to tell me me its a normal noise which it isn't normal because I also had a 2009 Dodge Journey that didn't make the noise. So I told him if u can't hear it your deaf. They refused to get it done the right way. If I could I would rate sa dodge as a 0 star but I can't pick that. Also the shop foreman mark is not a kind of person you want to deal with and Kyle got an attitude with me which wasn't professional at all. Also Geoff Tassey your so called service manager just stayed in his office. I will never go back to your dealership not even it was free.Wont even go there for an oil change. Not once did I get a follow up call letting me know what's going on with my vehicle. My car has 60,000 miles on it and your gonna tell me it's normal for a vehicle to make this noise no I don't think so I've owned so many cars and not once have I had a car that makes this kind of noise. This dealership used to be called mission and just because it's owned by greenway it still has the same people behind the scenes. Don't get scammed by this dealership. I can't believe they will turn business away and absolutely refuse service. I will make sure none of my friends or family do business whether its sales, service, or parts. When I was told about the package I wasn't told it had an expiration d I purchased an Oil Change Package good for 4 oil changes a couple of years ago. When I was told about the package I wasn't told it had an expiration date. I drive very little on my Dodge Ram 1500 and I made the Advisor aware. I have 16000 miles on my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. I visited the dealership today to get the oil change because I had a notice on my truck. I was told the Package I purchase was expired and I would have to pay the full price. I asked why I wasn't told there was an expiration date and I was told the manager would not honor the expired Package. Dale Fischbach, Advisor, offered me another package. I asked him why was he trying to sell me a package I would not be able to use because I don't drive a lot and don't have to get the oil changed that often. I cannot believe the manager would not honor the package. I will not take my Dodge Ram back to their location. I got screwed out of my $99.99 Package and had to pay an additional $76.75 for the oil change today. Jiffy Lube will get my business from now on. More
Do not use the service center at this location 2013 challenger received a recall, took vehicle to center, was told not to worry and come back later, alternator shorted out, burning the wiring harne 2013 challenger received a recall, took vehicle to center, was told not to worry and come back later, alternator shorted out, burning the wiring harness leaving the vehicle with no working electronics and leaving me stranded, vehicle was towed to San Antonio Dodge Chrysler on a Friday, on Saturday I was told because the vehicle was under the bumper to bumper warranty, the factory recall and I had purchased the extended warranty I could pick up a rental car on Monday, That Monday I was told I could not receive the rental, my service representative was not available. Two days later after contacting Manuel Patell I was told my car had not been touched and could not get a rental, TOO JUST KEEP WALKING, Two days later i was still refused a rental car, then was told the remedy was to put another defective alternator in and wait for parts, Two days later no luck, service or rental car. Twelve days later still no service, or rental, all the warranties were worthless. Finally was called to get my vehicle, the alternator was replace, still waiting on actual replacement parts, the wiring harness was not replaced as per the recall, It was "Repaired". When picking up the vehicle I don't know why but i checked the fluids, the radiator was a gallon low and I could not leave the dealership until someone else brought me the fluid, the center could not spare it. When addressing the issues with the general manager he only became defensive and made several excuses, never offered and apology, and told me I should have received a rental that I never got. Come to find out the service manager is the General Managers son and he did not want to hear the complaint in the first place. Because I left the dealership in the dark I did not notice the torn seal around my Hood, and have still not had a response on the issue. At this point I do not trust the cars electrical system to allow my children to drive it for fear they will loose power steering and ABS as I did, the inside of the car filled with smoke. Could have been a real danger to a less experienced driver More
Poor customer service Purchased a used 2013 Jeep Patriot back in November and the brakes started making loud screeching noises about 3 weeks later. Took the car back to get looked at but the service department let me know that it was the hitch that was making the noise, but when the hitch was removed the brakes still made a loud noise. A couple weeks later there was a loud rattling noise that started occurring above the left rear tire. Took the car back last Tuesday, 1/6 to get looked at for both situations but have yet to hear back from them, and when the service department was contacted this past Saturday I was informed the car hadn't been looked at. In addition, the license plates for my car have not been delivered to the dealership after 2 months. I love the car, and the Jeep brand, but the customer service I have received at this dealership has been awful. While I don't regret the car I purchased, I do regret I purchased it from this dealership. More
