Far from happy Worst service ever.. multiple visits multiple errors. They don’t cover the seats when they work on them so i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with seats that are not black. My Jeep was full of marks from the technician. More

Dale - Service Dept and Manager Took truck in week of Christmas, Dale did a bad job communicating with us on our truck. Once we finally came to get truck at the end of week, spoke with manager believe his name was Joseph, expressed our concerns about the lack of communication, phone calls returned, and the excuse waiting on parts, when we were told parts were in stock. Showed manager phone log was suppose to get back with us the following Tuesday, still to this day never heard back from him. More

Here is how my experience has been over the last year since buying a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler from San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. My review has nothing to do with the Jeep brand, but rather my experience with how the dealership treats the people that it relies on to stay in business. * False advertising. The Jeep I found online turned out to be pictures of a loaded Jeep, and the one the VIN number came back as was one with less upgrades and already sold. I ended up going with the loaded Jeep anyways because I fell in love with it, so congrats. I fell for your plan to get me in with pictures of a loaded Jeep, and a price of one with less upgrades. * I had a few minor things come up, and my first maintenance to do for my Jeep. Anytime I would call to make an appointment, I would get transferred around and then get hung up on. Anytime I did get through, I wouldn't be able to make an appointment for at least 1-2 weeks away. Nonetheless I've taken my business to local shops. Make your assumption on why they're always backed up with service. * The other day I stopped by to grab some touch up paint, and also went by the service area because whenever it rains a lot the rain leaks through both front doors and puddles in the floor. I understand them being busy on a Saturday, but I asked if someone can just take a quick look at it and see if the door seal is defective or not. If it were defective, obviously I'd make an appointment to come back. The person I was dealing with said it would be a 4 or 5 hour wait. I simply and politely said it should take a quick second to look at, do I have to wait 4 hours? He then sarcastically when on to say, "oh yea, let me just go get someone and let you cut 40 people in line just so they can look at your door." Maybe it's me, and I imagine how I would treat a customer, but at that moment I stated no worries I'll figure out how to fix it myself and walked out. * Do not take your hard earned money to this dealership. If they sell the brand of car you are looking for, I promise you, you can still buy that car elsewhere. These people are disrespectful and do not care about their customers. Luckily I know the Jeep brand does not represent anything this dealership stands for. More
New 2017, Service Dept is Clueless I originally had a good experience with the sales staff. In August of 2016, I purchased a brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee Trialhawk. After 800 miles t I originally had a good experience with the sales staff. In August of 2016, I purchased a brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee Trialhawk. After 800 miles the engine started clicking. I took it in on Oct 11th. It is now 7 weeks later. It is Still in Service. Every few days its "Waiting on parts" "Parts ordered were wrong size" "Test drive is tomorrow, will have answer" "Vehicle should be ready tomorrow" "Parts are on backorder" "parts are in" "Parts are wrong size" Seriously, I have all of this in texts. I have been in communication with Chrysler. They are not much help either. This dealership is clueless. No one reaches out to me for an apology or for help. I would stay away. They sell you trash and then have no idea how to fix it when it breaks down. A Brand New 2017 in Service for 7 weeks (going on 8) STAY AWAY More

Quick! Efficient! Honest service! Brought my car into this dealer for the first time. My service advisor, Dale Fischbach, made me feel my car was in good hands! His communication was efficient and thorough. I have never felt so at home at a car dealership/service center before! My car was as good as new- leaving me very happy! Service Department This rating is for the service department... My jeep's a/c wasn't giving out cold air and we are in transition of moving from a different state so This rating is for the service department... My jeep's a/c wasn't giving out cold air and we are in transition of moving from a different state so we didn't have a place to actually work on the jeep (garage) like we normally do. So we took it to this dealership. When we took it in they told my husband that it would be about $350 and will be ready by Friday (in 3 days), my husband asked if we could have a rental but they said they didn't have any because of the recent hail storm that happened. So Friday comes and we haven't heard anything from them so we called on Saturday to check on the status and the person my husband spoke with said they couldn't see the status because it was under someone else's log in. (Why they don't have a general system for anyone to view that works there is beyond me, but it would have made everything a lot smoother). So my husband had to drive up there to find out the status and they told him it was going to be $3500. My car isn't even worth but $2000, so to put $3500 for the xxxx a/c was ridiculous. One, why the xxxx didn't anyone call us before they tore my car up that it was going to be $3500. If I would have known that I wouldn't have had them do anything to my car. So my husband asked them to stop and we weren't going to pay that and they said ok but it will cost $600 something for the maintenance to put everything back and we didn't want to pay that. I was pissed because no one had communicated with us the price for any other amount other than the initial amount which was $350. So if my husband never went up there to check on the status they would have done the repairs and we would have had to pay 3500 ******* dollars. Not to mention the $600 something in maintenance for them to tear up my car just for the xxxx a/c. So we decided to trade in our car. After we traded in our car we were hearing stories of other people that dealt with the service department and ending up having to trade in their car too. So it seems that is their MO to charge ridiculous amounts of money to push people to trade in their car. This was my husbands first time ever taking a car to be serviced at a dealership and he said it will be the last time. Never again. More
DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! I brought my 2014 Ram 2500 to this dealership on a Monday because the check engine light was on, and DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! I brought my 2014 Ram 2500 to this dealership on a Monday because the check engine light was on, and I had 2 software updates to do and my driver’s door lock quit working. I was called later that day to notify me that they would have to change my catalytic converter. The Service Advisor Dale, told me that it would take 3-5 days for my converter to come in. Wednesday Dale called me to tell me that my converter was on its way and my truck should be ready by Friday. When Friday afternoon rolled around, I never got a call to update me. I tried calling and calling, no answer to his desk. Left voice mails, no call back. Tried the front service desk 3 times until I finally got someone. The lady put me hold while she was getting Dale for me. 11 minutes later she comes back on to tell me that Dale is on vacation for the day. I needed to make sure that I had my truck by the next Tuesday so I asked to speak to another Service Advisor. She then put me on hold for another 6 minutes to come back and tell me that the Service Advisor was busy and it would be a little bit before she could find out what was the status of my truck and asked if she could call me back. I said okay and not to my surprise, no call back Friday or Saturday. Made multiple calls Saturday to no avail. Monday rolls around and I started calling at 7:30am every 30 minutes and did not get in touch with Dale until 10:00am. He told me that my truck was on the rack and they were working on it. He said that it would be ready by the end of the day or no later than the next morning. Tuesday morning, I started calling again to find out when I could pick up my truck since I needed it by the end of the day and again, no answer and no call back from voicemails or messages. At 3:00pm I was to the point that since I could not reach anyone, I drove to the dealership. When I got their I spoke to the manager of the service department and told him how frustrated I was about not being able to reach anyone and no call backs. He actually told me that they have been having problems with their phones for a few months and the calls are getting transferred to Florida. (That is how you run a business, you blame your ignorance of not returning calls on a bad phone line for months). In comes Dale and I he proceeds to tell me that my truck is on the rack and they are working on it, same thing he said day before. I know a little about automobiles and a catalytic converter is not hard to change. He told me that they were having trouble fitting the new converter in. (BULL!!!!), Again not that hard to change, especially on a car lift. They called me at 5:30pm Tuesday to tell me I could pick up my truck. I signed my papers and left. When I got home and looked at my paperwork, it showed the start date and time and tech, and it showed the end date and time and tech. The Catalytic converter, and both software upgrades were started that Tuesday at 3:30pm, after I chewed them a new one. To top it off the mechanic wrote that they could not fix door lock due to customer needing vehicle back. Why didn't they do that and the updates the 5 days they were waiting on my converter. This dealership is filled with employees that do not answer their phones and lie as the day is long. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! More
Lip Service! I needed warranty work done on my vehicle. Multiple visits...ordering of wrong parts...promises not kept. NEVER got an "update" phone call or were any of my multiple messages (at least 10,) returned. Incompetence is an understatement. Brought vehicle in one Saturday morning (2nd visit) with a promise and reassurance it would be out by close of business...Not only was my car kept through the weekend I learned on the following Monday that a wrong part was ordered (again!!!) and the service adviser did not call which he admitted to me when I got my car on Monday. Kevin Caldwell could use some training on integrity and his supervisor needs a lesson in accountability as he too was involved in a flippant, disinterested kind of way. I will NEVER set foot at this business again! I'm sure other places sell Hellcats! More
