Unethical Service Center, Sleezy Leadership This service center took my Jeep in for a warranty repair on the fuel system. After fixing the fuel system, I picked up the car and before leaving the This service center took my Jeep in for a warranty repair on the fuel system. After fixing the fuel system, I picked up the car and before leaving the parking lot immediately noticed the button on the gear shift was broken. When I questioned the service advisor he said he didn’t know anything about it. After several conversations with the service manager he claimed it wasn’t his fault the button broke, despite the part breaking while in the possession of service center the entire time. He tried to charge me $300 for the repair. This dealership is unethical, unprofessional and overall a terrible place to take your car. Avoid at all costs! More
