Don't use this service department If I could give this place zero stars I would. I cant speak for the sales department but the service department sucks. Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere, anywhere, else. The first time I brought my car in for a headlight adjusment I dropped it off at 7 am and no one called me. Period. I had to call them and the lady saud oh your car is done we are closing so we will leave your keys with the sales department. Are you xxxxing kidding me??? I go to pickup my car, get my keys and sent off on my way with service detail and personal information from some other customer. Then told oh your service manager will email you the repair info...which surprise, surprise...they didn't. I should have learned my lesson but decided to take in my car in again for a radio/touch screen issue and what do you know I don't get a xxxxing call all day yet again. I had to call them to figure out what the xxxx was going on with my vehicle. I left a voicemail for Ashley who never returned the call. I called back several times and after being passed around for 1t minutes finally I get to talk to Ashley. She tells me their running an update right now (around 5 pm...and I scheduled an appointment to drop off at 9:30 am) to see if it will fix the problem and if not they will have to keep the car overnight. So at the end of the day I find out they may be keeping my car only after having to track this girl down myself because no one can give me a courtesy call and tell me what the xxxx is going on. She said she would call in and hour and tell me what happened. And yes you guessed it, she doesn't call. Not only does she not call but she leaves and goes home. I called and the sales department picks up and informs me of this but cant do anything for me. She also tells me that she gets calls all the time like this from Ashleys customers. She calls the manager of the service department who's solution was to give me this ladys personal phone number to call her and xxxxx her out if I wanted to. Which is completely assenign. I call her because I wanted to know what is going and if and how long I should be getting a rental car for (that is lousy establishment wont cover). Of course, she doesn't answer. Now the next day, still waiting on a call...nothing. I finally call AGAIN and Ashley is busy and can't take the phone. I asked to get speak to her manager Jeff and he's not at his desk. The receptionist forwards me to his cell and he doesn't answer. I left a voicemail and have been waiting for return phone call going on two hours now. Bottom line..go somewhere else. Don't bother dealing with this inconsiderate employee's. Their customer service sucks. More

Horrible service shop Mechanic messed up parts my truck and didn't fix it right before giving my truck back. all he did was hide it so that he wouldn't get into trouble. He also said he replaced old parts with parts but didn't and I proved that already to my service writer when I took my truck back and showed him the old part. Service manager was of no help like usual. He didn't want to fix what his employee messed up. He just sits in his office eating donuts all day and does nothing getting a paycheck. I would never recommend this place to anyone. More

The best thing about this place is a Charisse Charisse is by far the best employee I’ve have the pleasure to do business with. Besides for my salesman Matt, I really don’t want to deal with anyone Charisse is by far the best employee I’ve have the pleasure to do business with. Besides for my salesman Matt, I really don’t want to deal with anyone other than Charisse. She was super pleasant from the beginning, even though I feel like I disturbed her lunch. I was waiting in my car while four men were just talking, apparently nobody can do anything without someone else. They turned my wiper up and my hazards on, but when Charisse came out she let me turn off my hazards explained things to be and walked with me inside. She even helped me change my name which I’ve asked for before. I told her about my previous experience with Johnathan and how I didn’t even want to come back, but now know I have her business card and she’s been with the company for awhile I’ll just go to her. She truly is an asset the service side needs. More

Recall and Fuel sensor light Have to say, very impressed. Dropped my car off 7am Monday morning for recalls and fuel light error. 2017 Ram so still under warranty. New fuel pump kit installed and all recall work done. More

Ernesto for president Ernesto was super accommodating and made a very dreadful event of having to get service not too bad. I dread having to bring my car in because I know Ernesto was super accommodating and made a very dreadful event of having to get service not too bad. I dread having to bring my car in because I know how long a routine visit can take, I was told it would be about 2 hours and I was out of there before then. Kudos to Ernesto and the rest of the staff even the mechanic who put paper down on my floor board to keep my mats clean. More
