I came in due to several recalls that needed to be replaced on my Dodge Charger RT and took it to the Service Department. Those were, so far, "fixed". I did have AC issues on what I believe was due to replaced on my Dodge Charger RT and took it to the Service Department. Those were, so far, "fixed". I did have AC issues on what I believe was due to alternator a day before turning it in to the dealership but was working fine when I left it there. A mechanic stated that it was working fine as well. As soon as I got there and got in my car, the AC/Heater button didn't turn on at all. I notified Justin, who I spoke to in the beginning, and would have to look into the problem, but would have hold on the vehicle over the weekend. Come to find out, the instrument cluster messed up while in the dealership. I spoke to the manager, Sheree, who looked into the matter and filed a claim. After several days, claim was declined stating that the alternator or any recalls was not the cause of the AC. She informed me that they can repair it, but I would have to pay for it. I let her know this issue occurred because of alternator and me paying for it is not an option. The dealership were not willing to pay something that they caused. They cause bigger problems and not willing to accept responsibility. I lost trust in this dealership More

Transmission and Other Repairs It took a couple of times for my issues to be repaired .. but when they could finally duplicate the problem, they solved every problem: door hinge, t It took a couple of times for my issues to be repaired .. but when they could finally duplicate the problem, they solved every problem: door hinge, transmission lunge caused by leak, check engine light, replaced the stop/start battery, cell phone version affecting the touch screen. The representatives were very kind, very patient, kept me updated and left me feeling like an important customer. Thank you! More

From them losing my vehicle, running over my keys. Then the kicker I am in dealership already paid for my diagnostic and waiting for them to cut the small key that goes into my key fob. I get a call from the dealership saying my car isn't ready they still have to do more in depth diagnostic to it and it will take a couple more days. I couldn't believe what I was hearing then what did I just pay for. Never again.it is so many things wrong at this dealership i don't know how they are making money. Maybe from saying they did something charging you and then not doing. Go figure!! More
Extremely Poor Poor SERVICE Waited 1 hour past our 9am appointment to turn in our vehicle. Service calls us late pm saying they lost our keys and cannot begin work on our vehicl Waited 1 hour past our 9am appointment to turn in our vehicle. Service calls us late pm saying they lost our keys and cannot begin work on our vehicle without keys. Says he has ordered replacement key and our truck should be ready the following morning. The following day we leave numerous messages. No one returns our call. We continually are sent to voicemail. Finally, we get hold of Tom, who promises to investigate and return call in 1 hour, Tom said he discussed with James who is Service Manager. A couple hours later Service calls saying our vehicle is ready. When we pickup our vehicle, we again discuss concerns about our "lost keys" and are told if we have another set the dealership will pay for copies to be made. We called for manager again. We are still waiting on returned call. Someone at the dealerships has our vehicle keys, our address, our house keys, our toolbox keys and more. It's not an acceptable solution simply to make copies. We are STILL waiting for manager to call to workout solution. We have been told James Hutchinson is the Service manager and have left him a message at ext 223 as directed. We have also been told they have a "new guy" who is a Service manager named Derek but no one knows his last name. More
