We took our 2014 Grand Cherokee for service. Our service advisor, Dale Fischbach, was very courteous and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. My last 2 visits have been a disappointment. I have an oil change package on both my vehicles and had recently taken both in for an oil change and other issues. When I took in my Dodge Ram for a battery oil change package on both my vehicles and had recently taken both in for an oil change and other issues. When I took in my Dodge Ram for a battery problem, which was corrected. I asked for the oil to be changed as well. My truck was at the dealership for over 4 hours. When I picked up the truck, the oil change was not done. Last Friday, 2/7, took in my 300 for an oil change and asked for whatever service was needed. After 2 hours, the oil change was done, but nothing else. The paperwork stated several recommendations. These recommendations could have been taken care of while the vehicle was there. I am disappointed, to say the least. Now I have to schedule 2 extra appointments to address these issues. I have not had issues like this in the years I have had my vehicles serviced at San Antonio Dodge. More

I took our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in because the headlight was out. We left it early and they called the next day and said they had to change out the whole unit and it would be $2100. I decided to p headlight was out. We left it early and they called the next day and said they had to change out the whole unit and it would be $2100. I decided to pick it up and take it to an independent shop. They were able to just replace the bulb for about $260. I feel like someone didn’t know what they were doing or they were dishonest. I will avoid going back to the dealership in the future. More
